Experience Level: Entry
I am looking for an experienced **e-commerce/dropshipping specialist or team** to build and manage an online business from **A to Z**.

This is NOT just a website design project. I need someone who can set up, launch and manage the complete business using a **dropshipping model initially**, with the aim of building a profitable, long-term e-commerce brand.

### Sales Channels

The business should sell simultaneously through:

* Our own professional e-commerce website
* **eBay UK**
* **Amazon UK**

### Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Complete website/store setup, design, payment systems, policies and tracking
• Amazon UK Seller Central setup and product listings
• eBay UK store setup and optimised listings
• Finding and researching profitable products suitable for the UK market
• Finding and checking reliable dropshipping suppliers
• Product pricing and profit-margin analysis
• Product images, descriptions, SEO and listing optimisation
• Connecting/synchronising website, Amazon, eBay and suppliers where possible
• Order processing and fulfilment
• Customer service, returns, refunds and complaints
• Facebook/Instagram, TikTok and Google advertising
• Amazon/eBay advertising and promotions
• Creating/arranging ad creatives and product videos
• Testing products and advertising campaigns
• Monitoring sales, costs, profit, ROAS and conversion rates
• Daily management and optimisation after launch
• Regular reports and recommendations for growth

### Long-Term Goal

Identify successful products, scale sales and eventually develop winning products into **branded/private-label products**, potentially using UK fulfilment/stock.

### Who I Want

I need an experienced **e-commerce operator/manager**, not just a Shopify designer.
