Data Scraping - Competitor feedback

I need someone who can look at competitor recommendation websites for certain businesses and then work out who their customers are from people who have left comments of that business. This role is best suited to someone in the UK or at least very familiar with what names are common / uncommon in the UK. There will be names that are too generic and you cannot find the exact person for the business on companies house (like John Smith, Adam Cox, Joe Frost) , so they can be skipped.
