Vector Logo Finalization, Brand Color/Font Specs & Business Card

Project Overview: We have an approved visual concept for our company logo. We need an experienced production designer to manually redraw, refine, and vectorize the visual into master production assets, document our color and font specifications, and design our business card.
(Note: Decks, web assets, social media, letterheads, and stamps are handled internally; this job is strictly focused on vector mastery, color/typography specs, and business card prepress).

Scope of Work & Deliverables
1. Master Logo Production & Vector Files
• Manual Vectorization: Flawless manual redraw with balanced Bézier curves and clean geometry (no automated image-tracing).
• Lockup Variations:
o Primary Horizontal
o Stacked / Vertical
o Standalone Logomark / Icon
• Color Variations:
o Full Color (CMYK & RGB)
o Inverted White (for dark mode/dark substrates)
o Monochrome Pure Black
o Grayscale
o Other options within the color pallet
• Formats Required for Every Variation:
o Adobe Illustrator (.AI) with clean, labeled layers
o Vector .EPS
o Scalable Vector Graphics (.SVG) optimized for web use
o Print-ready vector .PDF
o High-res transparent .PNG (300 DPI at 1x, 2x, 4x scale)

2. Brand Foundation Spec Sheet
• Color Palette: Primary, secondary, and accent colors defined in Hex, RGB, CMYK, and matched Pantone (PMS) spot colors.
• Typography: Official font family names, weight hierarchy (Headers, Subheadings, Body), and font source/download links.

3. Business Card (2 Layout Concepts Total)
All business card designs must include front and back layouts, 3mm (0.125 in) bleeds, trim marks, and be delivered in both print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 DPI) and editable open Adobe Illustrator (.AI) files (both live-font and outlined-text versions).
• Standard Size (85 x 55 mm / 3.5" x 2"):
o Concept 01- Front: Remarkable and innovative modern design
o Concept 01 - Back: Design concept is ready in PDF

Freelancer Requirements
• Expert-level Adobe Illustrator vectorization skills.
• Deep understanding of print prepress (CMYK color separation, bleed margins, safe zones).
• Organized file delivery (proper naming conventions and grouped layers).
• Please share portfolio links demonstrating vector redrawing and corporate identity/business card designs.

Term and Agreement
• All work remains confidential and it is not allowed to publish any work as profile reference or in any portfolio
• Deliver the first couple of BC options in 2 days max.
• One day to deliver the whole projects files after approving the BC design.
