Experienced AI (Outbound) Telemarketer

I have been managing outbound telemarketing teams in the UK for over 20 years, up until 2024, and have developed and taught a highly structured sales process that has been very successful.

Over the past few months, I have been working towards rebuilding our direct sales operation without the challenges and management requirements associated with running a traditional telemarketing team.

Our primary objective has been to develop an AI outbound telemarketer that can replicate our structured sales process and deliver conversations to the required standard.

Unfortunately, two different developers have attempted the project but have been unable to achieve the level of accuracy, timing, responsiveness and natural conversation flow required.

The current system is approximately 98% complete and the dashboard and backend are already in place. We are currently using Twilio and ElevenLabs.

I believe the remaining issues can be resolved by someone with the right specialist experience in AI voice agents, telephony integration and real-time conversational systems.
