Luxury Brand Identity & Packaging Designer – Major Brands

We are developing a premium skincare, beauty and wellness brand for the UK, European and Chinese markets.

Our direction combines quiet luxury, scientific innovation and contemporary elegance, with a refined blue-and-silver identity.

We are looking for an experienced designer who has worked with major international beauty, skincare or luxury brands and can bring the same level of creative thinking and execution to our brand.

Important – Mandatory Requirements & Screening Questions

Please only apply if you have proven experience developing brand identities and designing packaging that has successfully gone into commercial production, preferably for major international beauty or luxury brands.

All five screening questions must be answered in full, including portfolio links, details of your personal contributions to major-brand projects, and real examples of commercially launched brands and products.

Only candidates who meet these requirements and provide complete answers will be considered. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.

The project will be divided into two phases: Brand Identity first, followed by Packaging Design.

Phase 1 – Brand Identity

Refine our existing logo

Establish premium typography and font hierarchy

Develop a sophisticated blue-and-silver colour palette

Create a distinctive visual language and graphic elements

Define consistent branding across multiple product collections

Develop professional brand identity guidelines

Present 2 creative directions for review

Phase 2 – Initial Packaging Project: One Hero Serum

Label/print design and outer carton for a 50ml glass bottle. We provide the existing bottle specifications, dieline and product information.

Deliverables must include editable Adobe Illustrator files, linked assets and a print-ready PDF, with two rounds of revisions and one review of the factory's pre-production sample when available.

Full copyright and ownership of all agreed original designs and files, including unused original concepts, transfer to us upon full payment, subject to separately identified third-party licences.

Timeline: Approximately 2 weeks for initial design development, with factory sample review subject to production schedules.

You Must Have

At least 5 years of professional brand identity and packaging design experience

Proven experience working with major international beauty, skincare or luxury brands, either directly or through a design agency

A strong portfolio demonstrating premium brand identity and packaging projects

At least 2 products on shelf that you designed (real photos, not renders)

Hands-on experience with dielines, finishes (foil, emboss, soft-touch) and checking samples with suppliers

Direct experience working with factories or printers

Big Plus

Experience with globally recognised prestige beauty or luxury brands

UK/EU cosmetic labelling knowledge

Multi-language packaging layouts

Experience working with Chinese manufacturers
