Migrate osCommerce to Prestashop

I need a Webdeveloper who:
Can advise me? I don't know what to do.
There is the store www.tonerfox.com, which is based on the OsCommerce 2.RC2, all files and plugins have been upgraded to work with PHP 7.4Question:
Should I start a totally new shop from the Start with Prestashop?Because I want to add plugins and payments for example google payment or VIVA or Klarna payment they have ready made plugin for prestashop.Or Or Should I upgrade the oscommerce files to PHP 8.5? and you make the payment plugins
