It will sit above the fold and must feel monumental, global, and neutral, with no identifiable trademarks or national bias. UK Building regs detail design for single storey side extension

Planning drawings will be supplied for 5.0m x 3.2m single storey side extension to detached property. Building regulations detailed design drawings required. Proposed ground block and beam floor with structural insulated timber frame, ideally using Actis insulation. Low pitched slate roof. Help Needed Converting 4Plan Project to High-Quality PDF Description: URGENT Hi there, I’m looking for someone experienced with the 4Plan app who can help me export a project into a clear, high-quality PDF suitable for sharing. At the moment, when I convert the file to PDF, the text and/or drawing quality is not coming out clearly. I need someone who understands the correct export settings (resolution, scale, vector output etc.) to ensure the final document is sharp and professional. Architect Required – Extension and Layout Redesign

I urgently require an updated floor plan for UK bungalow. Please only respond if you can complete the initial turnaround within 24 hours, ideally sooner. I have existing floor plans and elevations on paper and would like to add an extension and reconfigure the internal layout. The property is spacious and the proposed changes will involve substantial reworking of the interior arrangement to improve flow and functionality. I am seeking an experienced architectural designer or architect who can: 1- Convert the current paper drawings into digital format 2- Produce revised floor plans reflecting the proposed extension and internal alterations 3- Familiarity with UK residential design and Building Regulations is essential.
