Architectural CAD designer for cottage extension sketches

I’m looking for a CAD designer to help develop sketches for a cottage extension project. We already have plans prepared by an architect, so this isn’t a from-scratch job — it’s about recreating the drawings in CAD, refining them, and supporting a few iterations ahead of a pre-application planning meeting. The property is a thatched cottage, so a modern but sensitive design approach is important. I’d love to work with someone collaborative and responsive who’s happy to make updates as the design evolves.

Scope of work
Recreate existing architect drawings in CAD (plans, elevations, basic massing)
Interpret and retain the intent of the original design
Refine proportions, scale and layout where needed
Apply a clean, modern architectural style to the visuals
Prepare drawings suitable for planning/pre-app presentation
Allow for iterative updates and revisions based on feedback
Working style

I’m looking for someone collaborative and responsive — this will be an ongoing dialogue rather than a one-off task.

Comfortable working from marked-up PDFs, sketches and references
Able to make amendments quickly and efficiently
Open to evolving the design over a few iterations
Good communication is key
