Hello - I need an MP4 made for a client for instagram and LinkedIn. It will be the same content, but it will come in the relevant sizes for those platforms. Pattern maker and seamstress for athleisure wear

I am looking for a pattern maker who can create a sweatshirt pattern (I've got some rough ideas of having a slightly more curved and oversized sleeve), as well as a seamstress who can sew together the pattern pieces once they have been printed and dyed.
