We are a UK-based design and build company specialising in office fit-out, refurbishment, relocation, and consolidation. We’re looking for a freelance Graphic Designer to refresh and update our marketing collateral to better reflect the quality of our work and brand.

Scope of Work:
We are looking to update/design the following materials:
1. Credentials Pack (PowerPoint/PDF format) – A sendable document through email/Linkedin for prospects, covering who we are, our services, process, key case studies, CTA etc
2. Introduction Presentation (PowerPoint) – A more detailed, visually engaging presentation for use in face-to-face meetings
3. Moodboard Template (PowerPoint) – A reusable template including preset fields (e.g. client name, project name) to present design ideas, finishes, and concepts
4. Brand/Profile Book (A5, max 48 pages) – A high-quality leave-behind book for clients, agents etc.
5. A5 Flyer – A simple, cost-effective flyer which can be used for door-to-door drops and Business Estate drives to target clients or empty commercial properties (open to alternative ideas that remain low-cost and easy to produce)
What we are looking for:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, professional and corporate design work
- Preferrable experience working with B2B or property/construction sector
- Attention to detail and brand consistency
- Good communication skills

- Provide your estimated timescales to produce the items (Ideally you would need to have availability in the next 2-3 months)
