India-based expedition / research assistant

I am looking for a reliable India-based assistant to help me organise a long overland expedition across India starting in December 2026. This is not a standard virtual assistant role. We are a four-person family business operating in the UK spray-painting industry, and we are currently looking for an accountant who could support us on an ongoing basis as the business continues to grow.
