About the Role:
I am a senior Marketing & Growth Leader (ex-CMO, VP Growth, Director of Marketing) with 15 years of international experience leading P&Ls up to €6.5M, managing teams of up to 25 people across global scale-ups and platforms (ex-Chess.com, Sonova Group, Zinio, Wharton MA)
I am currently actively targeting C-Level (CMO), VP, and Senior Director roles (Marketing, Growth, Product Marketing) in Copenhagen and the Nordics (B2B SaaS, Tech, Scale-ups)
I am looking for an experienced, well-connected Executive Headhunter / Talent Partner with a proven, active network in the Danish and Nordic tech ecosystems.
What I Am Looking For:
Direct Access: Active relationships with Founders, CEOs, Board Members, VCs, and HR Decision Makers in Copenhagen and Denmark/Nordics.
Relevant Track Record: Proven history of placing Senior Executives (CMO, VP of Growth, VP of Marketing, Director) in Series B+ scale-ups or enterprise tech companies
No Fluff / No Time-Wasting: I am not looking for someone who just scrapes LinkedIn or submits CVs to generic career portals. I need someone who can pitch my profile directly to decision-makers and secure qualified exploratory interviews.
Your Deliverables:
Direct introductions / pitched interviews with C-Level / VC decision-makers in Copenhagen/Nordics.
Market intelligence on unadvertised executive openings (hidden job market).
