AI Pricing & Valuation System
# Tender Brief – AI Pricing & Valuation System ## Project Overview We are a multi-site second-hand retail business operating a buy, sell and buyback model. We currently value products using a combination of: * eBay sold prices * CEX prices * Customer history * Our own large historical transaction database * Current stock levels * Staff experience We are looking for a software / AI development partner to build an intelligent pricing engine that integrates with our existing EPOS system. ## Objective The system should recommend the optimal price we should offer a customer for a product. It should use both our own historical data and external market data to produce a more dynamic and commercially accurate valuation. The aim is to improve: * Buying accuracy * Gross profit * Stock turn * Consistency between stores * Offer acceptance * Inventory management ## Initial System Requirements The first version should ideally: * Identify and standardise the product being valued * Analyse our historic purchase and selling data * Incorporate eBay and CEX market pricing * Predict likely resale price * Predict expected time to sale * Consider current stock and sales demand * Recommend an acquisition price * Provide a confidence score * Allow staff to override the recommendation * Record results so the system can improve over time Example output: **Recommended offer: £405** Expected resale: £550 Expected sale time: 19 days Current stock: 4 30-day sales: 27 AI confidence: 96% ## Technical Approach We expect the solution to integrate with our existing EPOS through an API. We are open to the supplier recommending the most appropriate technologies, potentially including: * Machine learning such as XGBoost or LightGBM * OpenAI or similar AI models for product identification and image analysis * External market-data integrations * Predictive pricing models * Inventory and demand modelling We do not expect a large-language model alone to determine product prices. ## Our Data We hold a substantial database including information such as: * Products * Purchase prices * Selling prices * Purchase and sale dates * Stock history * Store/location * Product condition * Customer history * Buyback history * Staff valuations * Current inventory The successful supplier will need to assess the quality and structure of this data and recommend how it should be used. ## Initial Rollout We would ideally operate the system in **shadow mode** initially. The AI would calculate its recommended price alongside our existing staff valuations without influencing the actual transaction. This would allow us to compare: * AI recommendation * Staff recommendation * Actual amount paid * Eventual selling price * Stock days * Actual profitability Only once the model has demonstrated improved performance would it be introduced into live pricing. ## Future Development The system should ideally be capable of later expanding into: * Buyback-specific pricing * Dynamic retail pricing * Automatic markdown recommendations * Store-to-store stock transfers * Inventory optimisation * Product demand forecasting ## What We Would Like From Suppliers Please provide: * Your proposed technical solution * Relevant experience * Recommended AI / machine-learning approach * How you would integrate with our EPOS * How you would use our existing data * Approach to eBay / CEX market data * Development costs * Ongoing costs * Proposed project stages * Examples of similar work We are particularly interested in suppliers with experience in retail pricing, second-hand goods, machine learning, dynamic pricing, inventory optimisation or EPOS integrations. ## Key Question As part of your proposal, please explain: **How would you prove that the AI pricing recommendations are commercially better than the decisions currently being made by our experienced staff?**
24 days ago44 proposalsRemoteShopify CSV product data specialist
This is not a Shopify development project. It is a focused product-data audit and correction job. I already have the Shopify product export and official supplier CSV feeds. The work is primarily comparing the datasets, correctly mapping the specification fields and safely applying the required corrections. An experienced Shopify/CSV/SyncX specialist should be able to complete this efficiently. I am not looking for someone to spend days developing a custom solution. However, accuracy is critical. I have previously had a freelancer incorrectly upload product specifications, so I require a 10-product test and my approval before any bulk changes are made. I need an experienced Shopify product-data specialist to audit and correct the technical specifications of approximately 500 products on my Shopify lighting store. I have official supplier CSV product feeds from three suppliers: • Endon Lighting • Elstead Lighting • Impex Lighting The supplier CSV files contain the correct product information and will be used as the source of truth. The main objective is to compare the supplier data against my existing Shopify product data and identify any incorrect or missing specifications, then safely correct the Shopify products. Products should be matched primarily using the Variant SKU. Specifications to check include dimensions, height, width, projection, diameter, weight, finish, colour, material, bulb holder, bulb type, number of lamps, maximum wattage, voltage, IP rating, class, dimmable, LED information, lumens, colour temperature, energy rating and any other relevant technical specifications contained in the supplier feeds. SyncX: Stock Sync is the preferred method for carrying out the updates. However, if you believe a direct CSV comparison using AI/ChatGPT/Claude and a corrected Shopify CSV would be safer and more efficient, please explain your proposed method before making any changes. IMPORTANT: I previously had a freelancer upload incorrect product specifications across my store, so accuracy and controlled testing are extremely important. NO bulk changes are to be made initially. The project must start with: A complete Shopify backup. A test using approximately 10 products. A before/after comparison showing the existing Shopify value, supplier value and proposed correction. My approval of the test before proceeding with the remaining products. The three suppliers should then be processed separately: Endon, Elstead and Impex. DO NOT change or overwrite my SEO-optimised product descriptions, meta titles, meta descriptions, collections, handles or images. Only the agreed technical specification fields should be changed. If a product cannot be confidently matched to the supplier SKU, it must be flagged for manual review rather than guessed. I expect the successful freelancer to provide: • Completed specification audit • Corrected product data • Excel report showing all discrepancies and corrections • Documented field mappings • SyncX configuration, if used • List of products requiring manual review • Confirmation that no unauthorised fields were changed I am looking for someone with genuine Shopify CSV/data-mapping experience, Shopify metafield experience and preferably previous SyncX: Stock Sync experience. Please tell me: Have you used SyncX: Stock Sync before? Give me a specific example. How would you compare 500 Shopify products against three supplier CSV feeds? How would you ensure that descriptions and SEO fields are not overwritten? How would you test the first 10 products before doing the full catalogue? Would you use SyncX, direct CSV/AI comparison, or both? Why? What is your fixed price and estimated completion time? I am happy for you to use ChatGPT, Claude or other AI/data tools to make the comparison faster, provided that the supplier CSV is treated as the source of truth and all proposed changes can be demonstrated before being applied. Accuracy is more important than speed. I will not authorise a full catalogue update until the initial test has been checked and approved.

I handle different types of customer requests (for example: billing issues, account problems, product questions, returns/refunds, technical support), and over time I’ve developed my own way of deciding how to process each type. Right now, this workflow exists only as scattered notes and mental habits: I know what I do, but it’s not written down in a clear, step‑by‑step way. This makes it difficult to delegate parts of the work or to ensure requests are handled consistently when someone else helps me. I need someone to take my existing notes and explanations about how I handle these requests and turn them into a clear, written support workflow that I can use internally. You will receive: Any existing notes I have about how I deal with different request types (documents, bullet points, or rough diagrams). A short recorded or written overview from me where I describe, in my own words, how I currently handle each main request type from start to finish. A list of the main request categories I work with (for example: billing, account access, product usage, returns/refunds, technical issues). Your work will include: Reviewing all the materials I provide and identifying the key steps I follow for each request type. For each request category, mapping out the full flow from “request received” to “request resolved”, including: How the request is initially recognized and categorized. What information needs to be checked or collected first. The decision points (for example: when to escalate, when to ask for more details, when to offer a refund vs. a replacement). The final actions taken (response sent, ticket marked as resolved, internal notes updated, etc.). Writing a clear, step‑by‑step description for each request type, using consistent headings and a logical order (for example: “Step 1: Identify request type”, “Step 2: Gather required information”, “Step 3: Apply decision rules”, “Step 4: Send response and close”). Highlighting any special cases or exceptions I mentioned (for example: VIP customers, repeated issues, high‑value refunds) and showing how they fit into the overall flow. Organizing all request types into a single document with a simple overview at the start (for example: a list of all request categories and where to find each workflow). Delivering the final support workflow as one document (Google Doc or Word file), structured so it’s easy to jump to any request type and follow the steps. The final document should allow me to: See at a glance how each type of customer request is supposed to be handled. Understand the decision points and rules I use without relying on memory. Train a future assistant or team member using a clear, written process instead of informal explanations. This support workflow is intended only for my own internal use and for training people who help me. It will not be shared directly with customers, posted on any website, or used as a public policy document. If you have experience documenting customer support processes, mapping workflows, or supporting virtual assistant tasks related to service operations, please send a message that includes: A brief description of any similar workflow or process documentation you have created for customer support or virtual assistant work. How you usually approach turning informal habits and rough notes into a clear, step‑by‑step process map.

Telephone Market Research – Interview 30 UK Plumbers
I’m looking for an experienced telephone researcher to contact and interview 30 UK plumbers as part of some initial market research. We are considering launching a marketing campaign aimed at encouraging plumbers to refer suitable property insurance repair work to our company. Before developing the campaign, I want to better understand the problems plumbers experience, what platforms they use most, and what might motivate them to establish a referral relationship. I have already carried out and recorded a small number of calls myself using Plaud. I have then uploaded the transcripts to ChatGPT to compare the responses, identify common themes and compile the findings. However, completing this on an ad-hoc basis is taking too long, so I am looking for someone who can manage the research in a structured and professional way. The project will involve: * Contacting UK plumbers and securing 30 completed telephone interviews * Asking a consistent set of research questions, which we can agree beforehand * Having natural conversations and asking suitable follow-up questions where appropriate * Recording the calls with the plumber’s permission * Producing a transcript or detailed notes for each conversation * Maintaining a simple spreadsheet showing the businesses contacted, outcomes and responses * Compiling the findings to identify common problems, goals, objections and potential referral motivations This is market research rather than a sales campaign. The calls should feel conversational and should not involve pressuring plumbers to sign up or make a commitment. The ideal person will have: * Experience in telephone-based market research, customer interviews or B2B calling * A confident, friendly and professional telephone manner * The ability to engage tradespeople in a natural conversation * Good listening and note-taking skills * Strong written English and attention to detail * Experience summarising qualitative research would be beneficial If you are interested in this project please confirm: * Your proposed fixed price * Your estimated timescale * Whether you can record and transcribe the calls * How many contact attempts you would allow for each business

We're looking for a creative graphic designer to produce 25 reusable TikTok templates in Canva for a wellbeing based business. **ETA: If your portfolio isn't YOUR work, please don't bother applying. I'm a web developer by trade and know a fake portfolio when I see one. Out of 16 proposals so far, the majority are fake portfolios and some even have the exact same images!** We have established branding, including our logo, colours and fonts. We also have examples of existing social media designs that capture the style, layouts and overall creative direction we're looking for. As these are other designers' work, we haven't included them publicly with the project, but please message me and I'll happily share them privately for inspiration. The 25 templates should form a cohesive collection while still having plenty of variety. They will include: 5 cover slides 2 service list slides 3 service overview slides 2 quote slides 1 practitioner profile 2 individual service feature slides 2 simple topic covers 2 review/testimonial slides 3 call-to-action slides 3 list/information slides We're looking for a contemporary, polished, warm and creative feel, with strong typography and interesting layouts. We don't want generic-looking Canva templates and would love someone who can bring their own creativity and ideas to the designs. Everything must be created in Canva and remain fully editable. We'd like to agree the creative direction based on the first 2-3 templates before the remaining designs are completed. **Please include examples of relevant Canva or social media design work with your proposal.** There is potential for further design work if we find the right person.

O.B Joel Creative Press is a UK independent children's publisher with an established Shopify store. We are looking for an experienced e-commerce growth marketer for an initial 30-day paid trial. We already have a social media manager, so this role is not for routine social media posting or content creation. We need someone focused on measurable customer acquisition, conversion and e-commerce performance. The initial priorities are: • Review our Shopify customer journey and identify conversion opportunities • Review GA4/tracking and establish a clear performance baseline • Assess our current acquisition channels and recommend where limited budget should be focused • Improve conversion from existing website traffic • Advise on Meta/Instagram paid campaigns where commercially justified • Help develop acquisition campaigns around key products, seasonal opportunities and pop-up events • Work alongside our existing social media manager rather than duplicate their role • Provide simple reporting showing actions taken, results and next steps We have already completed a detailed website/SEO review and have a 90-day growth plan, which will be attached to this project. We are therefore looking primarily for someone who can execute and improve the plan, rather than produce another strategy presentation. Initial budget: £80–£100 for a 30-day trial. If the trial demonstrates good communication, timely execution and measurable progress, there is potential for further project-based work. When responding, please tell us: Your experience growing small Shopify/e-commerce businesses Your experience with GA4 and Meta advertising What you would prioritise in the first 30 days What you believe can realistically be delivered within the £80–£100 initial budget One example of a measurable e-commerce result you have achieved for a client Please note that we value implementation and measurable outcomes over lengthy strategy documents. a month ago39 proposalsRemoteKoboToolbox / XLSForm Specialist Needed — Fast 5-Day Build
I am looking for an experienced KoboToolbox/XLSForm specialist to convert existing Word/Excel research instruments into functional, field-ready digital data-collection tools. The questionnaires and research instruments have already been developed, so this is primarily a technical XLSForm/Kobo build rather than questionnaire design. The successful freelancer will need to understand the structure of the instruments, translate them accurately into KoboToolbox, implement the required logic and calculations, and test the forms before deployment. Tools to be developed The assignment includes: Household baseline questionnaire — the main and most complex instrument, including household-member repeat groups, livelihoods/income activities, businesses, fuel/energy records, calculations, relevant scoring and derived indicators. Group/table-banking verification form. Structured observation checklist. Structured KII/market data-collection form. KII/FGD session metadata/summary form. Technical requirements The forms will require appropriate use of: Skip/relevance logic and conditional sections. Repeat groups. Calculations and derived variables. Income/expenditure and energy-related totals. Validation and constraints. Required fields. Choice lists and appropriate question types. Metadata fields such as date/time, enumerator and location where applicable. Clean variable naming and logical form organisation. WHO-5 or other agreed scoring calculations where specified in the questionnaire. The freelancer should preserve the approved research questions and indicator definitions. Where a technical issue or possible simplification is identified, it should be flagged for discussion rather than changing the research design independently. Testing The completed forms should be uploaded to a test KoboToolbox project and checked for: Skip/relevance errors. Calculation errors. Repeat-group functionality. Validation/constraint issues. Basic enumerator usability. Offline functionality where applicable. One reasonable round of corrections will be required after my review. Deliverables The successful freelancer will provide: Fully functional KoboToolbox forms/project. Editable XLSForm .xlsx source files for each tool. Brief notes explaining important calculations or logic. Basic guidance for enumerators/data managers where necessary. Timeline and budget Fixed budget: USD 150 Maximum turnaround: 5 days. Quick turnaround is preferred. Applicants who can start immediately or within 24 hours are particularly encouraged to apply. Who I am looking for I need someone who has actually built multi-module Kobo/XLSForm instruments, rather than someone whose experience is limited to creating simple questionnaires. Please include 2 examples of comparable Kobo/ODK/XLSForm work, your earliest availability, and how quickly you can complete the assignment. The questionnaire and project information are confidential. The selected freelancer will be required to sign a simple NDA before receiving the complete confidential materials and KoboToolbox access.

We are looking for a reliable freelancer to recruit and coordinate 20 unique adult participants (18+) for an AI/ML video data-collection project. This is a straightforward participant recruitment and coordination task. You will be responsible for finding the participants yourself, so please apply only if you are comfortable recruiting people from your local community, personal/professional network, university contacts, colleagues, friends, acquaintances, etc. The task for each participant is very short: * Record 2 separate smartphone videos * 15–20 seconds per video * No speaking * No editing * Can be recorded at home * Original/raw smartphone files required * Total actual recording time is less than 1 minute per participant We provide the freelancer with full recording instructions, example videos, participant eligibility criteria, consent information and QC support. Your responsibilities: * Recruit 20 eligible adults (18+) * Explain the provided instructions * Coordinate their recordings * Collect 2 original videos from each participant * Check that basic requirements have been followed * Organize the files for submission Total delivery: 20 unique participants × 2 videos = 40 short videos We prefer to receive the first 1–2 participant sets early so we can perform QC before you continue with the full batch. This helps avoid unnecessary re-recordings. Participants must voluntarily agree to the collection and use of their video/image data for AI/ML model training, development, testing and improvement. The applicable consent information will be provided. We currently have a specific participant profile required for this collection phase. Detailed eligibility criteria and a visual reference will be provided before recruitment begins. Timeline: approximately 3–5 days. Budget: $60 fixed for 20 accepted participants. The budget covers the complete recruitment and coordination assignment, including any participant incentives you choose to provide. This is part of a larger ongoing collection, so successful freelancers may receive additional batches immediately after completing the first 20. When applying, please confirm: 1. Your country/city 2. That you understand you are responsible for recruiting the participants 3. Whether you can recruit approximately 20 adults within 3–5 days 4. Whether the $60 fixed budget works for you Please apply only if you are comfortable with participant recruitment and coordination.

Create a memorable abstract brand symbol and logo for BossDiodov
IMPORTANT BEFORE APPLYING Please do not send a generic AI-generated proposal, AI-written analysis, or automatically generated logo concepts. I already have paid access to AI tools. I am hiring for your own design thinking, taste, judgement and ability to create a strong original symbol. A short personal proposal in your own words is more valuable than a long generic response. AI may support private research or ideation, but the final logo must be your own original, deliberately constructed vector design. PROJECT I need a distinctive standalone symbol and matching logo for BossDiodov, a company specialising in professional LED lighting systems, installation and technical solutions. The priority is the symbol, not simply styling the company name. I want a mark that can eventually represent the brand without the word BossDiodov beside it. It does not need to literally represent lighting, LEDs or electricity. I prefer a simple, memorable abstract symbol with a strong shape and no obvious literal meaning. WHAT I LIKE - Simple, distinctive symbols that are easy to recognise and remember. - A mark that works independently from the name. - Strong black-and-white performance and good readability at small sizes. - Suitable for favicon, social avatar, workwear, stickers, vehicles and print. - A shape strong enough to work without glow, gradients, 3D effects or presentation mockups. I can provide references to explain the principle I like, but they must not be copied. WHAT I DO NOT WANT Please avoid generic clichés such as LED strips, light bulbs, lightning bolts, plugs, power buttons, electrical icons, glowing letters or stock-style technology logos. Do not force the symbol into the letter B unless there is a genuinely strong concept behind it. No stock logos, templates, recycled client work or pre-existing symbols. THREE-STAGE PROCESS Stage 1 — Independent thinking I will explain the company, audience and desired brand qualities, but I will intentionally withhold my own symbol ideas and sketches. Please create 3 genuinely different conceptual directions, not minor variations of one icon, with a short explanation behind each. Stage 2 — Directed exploration I will give one consolidated round of detailed feedback. If one direction is promising, we develop it. If none works, I will share additional references and my own ideas. This stage includes up to 2 new or substantially reworked directions if needed. Stage 3 — Refinement We select the strongest direction and refine proportions, geometry, typography, spacing, colour, symbol/wordmark relationship and small-size performance. This is the final refinement stage, not another full concept search. FINAL DELIVERABLES - Primary BossDiodov logo. - Standalone symbol / brand mark. - Horizontal and compact versions where appropriate. - Black, white/reversed and colour versions if relevant. - SVG, editable vector source (AI/EPS or equivalent), PDF and transparent PNG. - Favicon/avatar-ready version. - Colour values and recommended typefaces. - Disclosure of any font or third-party licence costs before approval. No business cards, social templates, stationery or full brand book are required. ORIGINALITY AND RIGHTS The final artwork must be original and created for this project. After final payment, I require commercial usage rights and transfer of the relevant IP rights to the approved final artwork. Any third-party assets or licensing restrictions must be disclosed in advance. YOUR PROPOSAL I will personally review your PeoplePerHour portfolio. Please make sure it contains relevant examples of original logo marks and brand symbols. Do not create free speculative work for this proposal. Please send a short personal response explaining: - why your experience fits this project; - that you accept the complete 3-stage process; - that your fixed fee is USD 110 for the entire project; - your realistic timeframe; - any questions you need answered before starting. I will choose based on portfolio quality, symbol design, typography, design thinking, communication and understanding of the goal. BUDGET AND PAYMENT Fixed design fee: USD 110 for the complete project, not per stage or per concept. Preferred timeframe: approximately 1–2 weeks. Remote project. No preferred designer location. All payments must go through PeoplePerHour using its escrow process. No direct or off-platform payments. Before starting, we will confirm scope, stages, schedule, deliverables and any payment checkpoints in the PeoplePerHour WorkStream. Any staged payments must remain within the total USD 110 fee.

Dead Cylinder Co. Shop Build
Project overview Dead Cylinder Co. is a British print-on-demand apparel and art brand celebrating the golden age of British motorcycling. The brand is live and trading on Etsy (etsy.com/shop/DeadCylinderCo — 18 active listings) and fully set up with Printful for fulfilment. We need an experienced Shopify developer/designer to design, build and populate a complete branded Shopify storefront, connecting it to our existing Printful account so all products sync correctly and orders fulfil automatically. Everything you need is prepared and ready to hand over on appointment — brand guide, logo files, copy for every page, product descriptions and all design assets. What we need The project covers three distinct areas: 1 — Store design and build A clean, premium Shopify store using the Dawn theme as the base, customised to the Dead Cylinder Co. brand identity. This is not a generic template job — the store needs to feel like a proper brand, not a default Shopify installation. Brand identity to apply throughout: Primary colour: Engine Gold — #D4A017 Background: Midnight Black — #1A1A1A Secondary background: Period Paper — #F5F5F0 Typography: Georgia serif for headings, clean sans-serif for body Brand tone: clean, confident, proudly British Pages required: Homepage — hero section, featured collection, brand story strip, two-collection showcase, trust signals, footer About page — full brand story, collections explainer, design philosophy, CTA Shop / Collections — two collections (The Archive and The Brand), all products populated Contact page — simple contact form Policies — returns, shipping, privacy (standard POD policies) Navigation structure: Shop → About → Contact (main menu) The Archive / The Brand (collection sub-navigation) 2 — Printful connection and product sync Connect our existing Printful account to the Shopify store. All 18 existing garment products need to sync correctly with accurate titles, descriptions, variants and pricing. Assign each product to the correct collection (The Archive or The Brand). Current live products (all £27.99): Logo Badge Tee — mens and womens Heritage Badge Tee (EST. 1975) — mens and womens Parts Catalogue Plate Tee — mens and womens Race Programme Cover Tee — mens and womens Typographic Lockup Tee — mens and womens Parallel Twin Exploded Diagram Tee — mens and womens Apparel Piston Badge Tee — mens and womens Piston Engineering Poster Tee — mens and womens Road Racing Poster Tee — mens and womens 3 — Domain connection Connect the domain deadcylinder.co to the Shopify store. Domain is registered through Shopify — this should be straightforward but needs confirming as live and working correctly on handover. What we will provide Everything is prepared and ready to hand over immediately on appointment: Full brand guide (PDF) — colours, typography, logo usage, brand voice Logo files — SVG master, PNG transparent (2000px), three colourways (gold on black, reversed, emboss) All page copy — homepage, about, shop, collections — ready to paste All product titles, descriptions and tags — already written for all 18 listings All design image files — lifestyle mockups and product images Etsy shop link for reference — etsy.com/shop/DeadCylinderCo Shopify login access on appointment What we are looking for Proven Shopify experience — please share relevant portfolio examples Experience connecting Printful (or similar POD fulfilment) to Shopify An eye for brand-led design — this is not a commodity store build Someone who can work from a detailed brief with minimal hand-holding Clear communication and a defined timeline to completion This is a straightforward build for a well-prepared project — all the thinking, copy and assets are done. We are looking for execution quality and brand sensitivity, not creative direction. Budget Open to proposals — please provide a fixed price quote and estimated timeline in your application. Typical builds of this scope are quoted at £150–250 and we expect to complete within 2 weeks of appointment. To apply Please share: Two or three relevant Shopify portfolio examples, particularly any brand-led or lifestyle/apparel stores Confirmation that you have experience connecting Printful to Shopify Your fixed price quote and estimated timeline Any questions about the brief The brief is detailed and complete — we'd rather have one good question upfront than a misunderstanding mid-project. Dead Cylinder Co. — Keeping the golden age of British motorcycles alive.

Type: Freelance / trial basis to start (a few hours per week) Location: Remote Budget: Open – please submit your proposal and rate About the role I've developed specialist software for a very niche B2B market: school and nursery photography. The system works on a shared, multi-tenant model (similar in concept to Shopify) — photographers and studios use it to sell their photos online to parents. There are only a handful of companies worldwide offering software built specifically for this market, and the target list in the UK is small and well-defined (roughly 600–800 photographers and studios, ranging from sole traders to multi-photographer companies). This isn't a mass cold-calling job — it's a focused, relationship-led campaign into a tight, identifiable market. What I'm looking for I need an experienced telemarketer to help book demo meetings with prospective clients (studio owners/decision-makers). You'll be calling from a defined, relatively short list rather than working through huge volumes, so quality of conversation matters more than call count. To start, I'd like to run a small batch of test calls so we can both see how the approach lands and refine the pitch before scaling up. What I'd like included in your proposal Your experience with B2B/SaaS software telemarketing or appointment-setting How you'd approach a niche, low-volume prospect list (vs. high-volume cold calling) Your suggested process: research/warm-up, opening pitch, objection handling, and booking the demo How you'd handle common objections (e.g. "we already use a competitor," "not looking to switch software," or "too busy right now / it's our busy season" — we offer full setup support to make switching low-effort, so overcoming this one matters) Your proposed rate/structure (hourly, per meeting booked, or a fixed fee for an initial test batch) Availability for a short call so I can walk you through the product, its USPs, and likely objections before you start About the product (for context) Built from 20+ years of hands-on experience in the school/nursery photography market Sales performance comparable to one of the leading competitor products Key differentiator: significant time savings — one existing studio is already saving 20% on staff time using the software, alongside a range of additional features competitors don't offer We provide full setup support to get new studios onboarded, which helps overcome the "too busy to switch" objection common during their busy season Ideal candidate Proven experience selling or booking meetings for software/SaaS products, ideally B2B Comfortable handling technical/feature-based objections after a short briefing Organised and comfortable working from a defined prospect list rather than a script-and-dial-fast approach Available for a trial run of a few hours a week to start, with scope to grow if it works well If this sounds like a good fit, please get in touch with your relevant experience and how you'd approach this campaign.

1-minute sample, followed by 8 videos of approximately 5 minutes each About the project We’re looking for an experienced motion designer to create a series of highly abstract, visually sophisticated animated videos, built around supplied voiceovers. The project starts with a one-minute sample to establish the visual direction and animation quality. Once the sample is approved, you will produce eight full-length videos, approximately five minutes each. We’re looking for the precision, restraint, and polish associated with premium Apple or Meta motion design—but with an original visual language. Creative direction Very abstract. Minimal. Crisp. Beautifully animated. Rather than showing literal objects or illustrating the narration word for word, use movement, shape, light, texture, and composition to communicate ideas. The visuals might include flowing ribbons, transforming geometric forms, translucent layers, shifting patterns, fluid connections, or carefully controlled particles. These are starting points, not a prescribed style—we’re looking for someone who can bring a distinctive creative approach. Do not use paintings, framed artworks, photographs, characters, literal scenes, or stock-footage montages. Avoid generic explainer icons, dashboard-style interfaces, and template-driven animation. The animation should feel intentional and cohesive, with sharp details, considered lighting, smooth transitions, and confident use of negative space. Typography can be used sparingly, but the piece should be driven primarily by abstract motion rather than text on screen. Abstract should not mean random: changes in rhythm, form, scale, and connection should support the ideas and emotional progression of the voiceover. Project structure Phase 1: One-minute sample Create a fully animated 60-second sample, using supplied narration. This is not just a storyboard, a set of still images, or a slideshow. It should demonstrate the proposed visual language, animation quality, pacing, transitions, and synchronization with the voiceover. We will agree on a concept and a small selection of style frames before you animate the sample. The approved sample will establish the design and quality standard for the full series. Phase 2: Eight five-minute videos Following sample approval, produce eight videos of approximately five minutes each—around 40 minutes of finished animation in total. The series should feel visually consistent while introducing enough variation to keep each video engaging. We need someone who can sustain a strong abstract visual language across longer sequences, rather than repeating a short loop or stretching a few ideas. Audio and materials We will provide the scripts, voiceovers, and available reference material. Keep the supplied voiceovers unchanged. Do not rewrite, rerecord, replace, speed up, or retime the narration. Build the visual pacing around the existing delivery. Any additional music or sound design should be agreed upon before use. Deliverables Provide the completed one-minute sample and, following approval, all eight full-length videos. Final delivery should include high-quality 16:9 MP4 exports at a minimum of 1920 × 1080, plus organized, editable project files and associated assets. Please identify any third-party assets, licensing requirements, or generative tools used. Final work must be suitable for commercial use. Who we’re looking for You should have a strong portfolio in abstract motion design, experimental animation, premium technology films, or design-led 2D/3D work. Excellent composition, timing, transitions, and attention to detail are essential. We’re particularly interested in designers who can develop an original visual system and carry it through a substantial series. After Effects, Cinema 4D, Blender, Houdini, or an equivalent professional workflow are welcome. To apply Please send 2–3 relevant examples of abstract animation, clearly stating your role in each, and a brief description of your proposed approach. Include separate pricing for the one-minute sample and the eight five-minute videos, along with your availability, estimated production schedule, revision allowance, and source-file handover details. We’re looking for a creative partner for the full series—not just a one-off sample.
