Participant Recruiter for Short Video Data Collection Project

We are looking for a reliable freelancer to recruit and coordinate 20 unique adult participants (18+) for an AI/ML video data-collection project.

This is a straightforward participant recruitment and coordination task. You will be responsible for finding the participants yourself, so please apply only if you are comfortable recruiting people from your local community, personal/professional network, university contacts, colleagues, friends, acquaintances, etc.

The task for each participant is very short:

* Record 2 separate smartphone videos
* 15–20 seconds per video
* No speaking
* No editing
* Can be recorded at home
* Original/raw smartphone files required
* Total actual recording time is less than 1 minute per participant

We provide the freelancer with full recording instructions, example videos, participant eligibility criteria, consent information and QC support.

Your responsibilities:

* Recruit 20 eligible adults (18+)
* Explain the provided instructions
* Coordinate their recordings
* Collect 2 original videos from each participant
* Check that basic requirements have been followed
* Organize the files for submission

Total delivery:
20 unique participants × 2 videos = 40 short videos

We prefer to receive the first 1–2 participant sets early so we can perform QC before you continue with the full batch. This helps avoid unnecessary re-recordings.

Participants must voluntarily agree to the collection and use of their video/image data for AI/ML model training, development, testing and improvement. The applicable consent information will be provided.

We currently have a specific participant profile required for this collection phase. Detailed eligibility criteria and a visual reference will be provided before recruitment begins.

Timeline: approximately 3–5 days.

Budget: $60 fixed for 20 accepted participants.
The budget covers the complete recruitment and coordination assignment, including any participant incentives you choose to provide.

This is part of a larger ongoing collection, so successful freelancers may receive additional batches immediately after completing the first 20.
