Email Marketing Team — 2 Long-Term Professionals

We are building a new U.S.-based business and developing our email marketing operation as the business grows.

We are looking for two reliable professionals to join us on a long-term basis. The work will be divided between two roles, allowing each person to focus on their specific responsibilities while working together as part of a small team.

Position 1 — Email Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities
Plan and manage email campaigns
Create and schedule email campaigns
Manage email lists and audience segments
Set up and manage email automation
Create follow-up and nurturing campaigns
Monitor campaign performance
Improve campaigns based on results
Provide regular updates on campaign progress and performance
Skills
Previous email marketing experience
Experience with at least one major email marketing platform
Understanding of email campaigns and automation
Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently

Main focus: Managing and improving our email marketing campaigns.

Position 2 — Email Marketing Operations Specialist
Responsibilities
Manage the email marketing calendar
Organize campaign schedules and deadlines
Track campaigns from preparation through launch
Coordinate with the Email Marketing Specialist
Schedule approved campaigns
Check campaign details before launch
Coordinate revisions and updates
Keep campaign information organized
Identify scheduling or coordination issues
Provide regular status updates
Help ensure campaigns are prepared and launched on time
Skills
Experience with email marketing or campaign coordination
Strong organizational skills
Good written English skills
Experience with at least one email marketing platform
Strong attention to detail
Good time management
Reliable and responsive
Ability to work independently

Main focus: Keeping our email marketing activities organized, coordinated, and on schedule.

Work Schedule
Monday–Friday
Approximately 30–40 hours per week
Flexible working hours
Availability during U.S. business hours when needed
Long-term working relationship

The exact schedule can be discussed based on the role, responsibilities, and availability of each person.

Compensation & Long-Term Opportunity

$3,000–$5,000 per month for each person.

The exact compensation within this range will depend on experience, availability, and responsibilities.
