Fix Bluehost to Shopify DNS Mismatch Error - domain migration

Shopify website has issues in UK and 2 other countries on DNSchecker. Bluehost (domain host) and shopify tell me all DNS correct and should've propagated but hasn't. im not a developer so just need to know if I can launch the site yet.
