The Role
Marketing specialist to develop and execute the most effective lead generation strategy for a garden design and planting service business positioned at the top of the mass market, targeting affluent domestic customers in North and West London. You'll come with ideas and recommendations on strategy; I'm open to hearing them and we'll shape the approach together. Your job is to identify what works and execute it efficiently.
What You'll Need
Proven experience marketing small businesses to domestic/consumer audiences
Track record with both traditional (print, local media) and online/social marketing
Canva experience (very useful)
UK-based (essential)
Self-directed and strategic; able to propose ideas and adapt based on results
Organized; can track placements, renewals, and performance without creating overhead
What You Won't Do
Customer contact, invoicing, CRM management — I handle those
Create lengthy reports or analytics dashboards — I'll track what's working; you focus on execution and bring ideas to the table.
This is an ongoing role in a new business, your input will be valued and your role will develop as the business matures.
