    Could you share the preferred payroll data format/source and whether you already have a Power BI template or existing report to build from? Also, who will be the main users of the dashboard?

    Could you provide a sample of the payroll exports, HR records, and timekeeping data that will feed the dashboard, preferably with a few representative pay periods?

    Which payroll KPIs are most important to the business? For example, should the dashboard include gross pay, regular/overtime pay, bonuses, taxes, deductions, benefits, employer contributions, net pay, headcount, hours worked, average compensation, and payroll cost per department?

    Should the dashboard allow authorized users to drill down from department-level totals to individual employee payroll records, or should employee-level information be restricted to specific roles?
