    Could you please share what your current IT environment looks like — particularly the main cloud/services, telecoms, data systems and existing automation or AI tools — and whether the initial work is more focused on troubleshooting/stabilisation or developing new solutions? Also, how are ad hoc tasks normally prioritised and allocated, and what level of availability do you expect from the specialist when issues arise?
