I need a 3D design of the ground floor of my home

I need a 3D design of the ground floor of my home to better visual the prescribed designs I have in mind and make changes if required based on direction. I have a current floor plan as a starting point to provide and planning to knock some walls down so the ground floor is all open plan. A small startup is seeking the services of a skilled accounting professional to manage its bookkeeping and payroll functions remotely on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience performing full-cycle bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, financial statements preparation and monthly closing entries for accrual-based small businesses. Experience with Xero or QuickBooks is essential along with a strong working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles. Payroll duties will involve processing biweekly payroll for around 10 employees using ADP or Paychex while ensuring tax payments and filings are handled accurately and on schedule. I am creating a website with paid for scientific educational content - podcasts made in Descript. With each podcast there will be a worksheet and multiple choice self assessment test. These assets will all be available online. I will also collate the worksheet/assessment assets into a book, that will be sent as a hardcopy to subscribers.
