We're expanding into new states (Illinois, and others) and need someone to own the entire course-approval lifecycle — from identifying what we need to offer, through getting it approved by the state licensing board, building the actual course, and keeping it compliant and renewed year after year. This is an end-to-end ownership role. You will be the single point of accountability for each state and each course offering: A to Z. Submit applications, pay/track fees, and manage the back-and-forth with board reviewers — responding to deficiency notices and revision requests until approval is granted. Course development Develop the actual course content we'll offer for each approved topic — outlines, slides, written materials, quizzes/exams, and answer keys — built to satisfy the board's requirements and our platform's format. Coordinate with subject-matter experts, writers, or AI-assisted content tools as needed. Compliance & renewal Maintain a master calendar of approval expiration dates and renewal deadlines across all states and courses. File renewals on time, update content when regulations change, and keep all course materials and records audit-ready. Monitor regulatory changes in active states and flag anything that affects existing offerings. What Success Looks Like New state offerings go from "we want to enter Illinois" to "approved and live" without items falling through the cracks. No course ever lapses due to a missed renewal. O.B Joel Creative Press is a UK independent children's publisher with an established Shopify store. We are looking for an experienced e-commerce growth marketer for an initial 30-day paid trial. We already have a social media manager, so this role is not for routine social media posting or content creation. We need someone focused on measurable customer acquisition, conversion and e-commerce performance. The initial priorities are: • Review our Shopify customer journey and identify conversion opportunities • Review GA4/tracking and establish a clear performance baseline • Assess our current acquisition channels and recommend where limited budget should be focused • Improve conversion from existing website traffic • Advise on Meta/Instagram paid campaigns where commercially justified • Help develop acquisition campaigns around key products, seasonal opportunities and pop-up events • Work alongside our existing social media manager rather than duplicate their role • Provide simple reporting showing actions taken, results and next steps We have already completed a detailed website/SEO review and have a 90-day growth plan, which will be attached to this project. We are therefore looking primarily for someone who can execute and improve the plan, rather than produce another strategy presentation. Initial budget: £80–£100 for a 30-day trial. If the trial demonstrates good communication, timely execution and measurable progress, there is potential for further project-based work. Creative Short-Form Video Content Creator – Remote | Ongoing

Siiyé is a skincare app with a friendly, community-first voice, full of personality. We want people to feel part of something: original ideas, a distinctive personality and high-quality videos that feel unmistakably Siiyé. We’re looking for a creative short-form video content creator for an ongoing retainer, delivering 6 original videos each month. The retainer can be up to £100 per month. The first month is a paid trial with a slightly smaller budget. We're very keen to have a long term partnership. What you’ll create • Develop original concepts, hooks and short scripts, then bring them to life with filming, editing and captions, ready to post. • Mix app screen recordings and walkthroughs, ingredient/routine explainers, review highlight videos, myth-vs-fact content, and edits from footage we supply. • Suggest ideas you can make remotely without relying on physical products or constant direction. We will share batch-filmed footage and brand context from time to time. • Keep the ideas unique and ensure final outputs are of excellent quality. We want to ensure quality over quantity This is fully remote, with flexible working times and no time-zone requirement. Creators can be based anywhere. Strong written and spoken English, creative initiative and reliable delivery are essential. The scope is end to end content creation: 6 original short-form videos per month including copy writing and posting. Support with account management, scheduling and community engagement are very much welcomed but not strictly within this initial scope. Client-Facing Software Developer – Interview & Meeting Support

We are looking for a software developer with strong communication skills to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you will represent our development team during interviews and project meetings. In this role, you will: Join client interviews and meetings via video call (Zoom/Google Meet). Explain technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders. Participate in architecture reviews and sprint syncs as a technical representative. Maintain a high level of professional communication aligned with U.S. business standards. This is not a coding role. Your primary focus is on professional communication. However, a solid technical background is required to understand and explain architecture, development processes, and technical decisions. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in software development or a related technical field. Strong spoken and written English communication skills. Confident and professional on video calls with clients. Ability to explain complex technical ideas clearly. Experience with modern tech stacks (React, Node.js, Cloud Infrastructure, etc.) is a plus.
