Senior Tech Interview Engineer to Conduct Screenings

Summary:

Looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to act as a Technical Interview Engineer. You will conduct live technical screenings, evaluate candidates against our standardized rubric, and submit detailed, objective feedback.

What You Will Do:

- Conduct 45–60 minute live technical interviews (coding, system design, or code review) via Video/Zoom.
- Provide clear, actionable, and objective written assessment reports within 12–24 hours of each session.
- Create a positive, low-stress experience for all candidates.
- Language Proficiency: C2 / Native-level fluent spoken and written English to deliver clear candidate feedback and smooth interview experiences.


Workload & Budget:

Estimated Volume: 7-10 interviews per week
Rate: Open to hourly proposals or a fixed rate per completed interview assessment
