Description
Experience Level: Expert
I am seeking an active, certified U.S. secondary school teacher (ideally teaching Grade 9–12 Computer Science, Technology, Business, Career Education, or Digital Literacy) to run a brief, anonymous classroom efficacy pilot. The pilot measures how effectively my free platform, GamingForLearning.com, helps students learn core cybersecurity skills. I am collecting this data for genuine educational evaluation.
What I am asking you to do
Administrative approval: Secure any permission you need from your school to run a short digital-literacy lesson (I provide a ready-to-use teacher guide).
Pre-assessment: Give my short (about 10-minute) cybersecurity questionnaire to your class (roughly 25 students) before they start.
The activities: Have students work through three short, free, browser-based activities — phishing awareness, cryptography, and incident response — at their own pace. No logins, no installs.
Post-assessment: Give the identical questionnaire again afterwards to measure the aggregate before-and-after change.
Report: Calculate your classroom-level average scores (for example, "class average rose from X to Y") and enter them on the one-page report template I provide, on your official school letterhead.
No individual student data (FERPA)
I do not want or accept any individual student data, names, or student IDs. You keep all individual answer sheets in your own records. You report only the final group-level averages.
What I most need
Your honest results, whatever they show. If the scores do not move much, that is genuinely useful — I am paying for your professional time and honest judgment, not for a positive result.
Verification (required before the pilot begins)
To confirm this is a genuine U.S. classroom, once we connect I will ask you to:
Confirm your current U.S. school and teaching role, and provide proof of an active K-12 teaching license or current school employment.
Deliver the final aggregate report scanned on your official school letterhead.
Confirm your results through your official school channels.
If you are a currently practising U.S. secondary teacher with a live class you could run this with in the next few weeks, please apply and I will follow up with the details.
