Looking for a solicitor - handle cases related to IT contractors

We are looking for a skilled solicitor specializing in contract law and discrimination matters to assess a dispute with a huge private limited company.

The role involves reviewing contractual terms, advising on potential breaches and discriminatory conduct under the Equality Act 2010, and recommending the optimal forum—civil litigation or Employment Tribunal—based on contractual status and facts.

Initial requirement is to draft a Letter Before Action (LBA) and also initiate the correspondence with the relevant parities. Later it may be required to represent in court or tribunal proceedings. Hence only bid if you can either represent yourself in the court or any of your colleague can do that.
