B2B Outreach Specialist (Manual Email Outreach)

Project Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to conduct manual one-to-one email outreach to elevator consultants across North America. You will be provided with: -A list of elevator consultants and contact information -Email templates -Company information -A scheduling link (or instructions for booking meetings) Your role is not to generate leads or build contact lists. Your responsibility is to personally contact each consultant individually and encourage them to schedule an introductory call with our General Manager. Important Requirements This is NOT a bulk email marketing project. We require genuine, manual outreach. Send each email individually. No BCC. No mass mailing software. No email blasting. Personalize each email where appropriate. Send follow-up emails when needed. Keep accurate records of outreach and responses. Every email should feel like a personal business introduction. Responsibilities Contact consultants from our existing contact list. Send personalized emails one by one. Respond to basic replies when appropriate ( Encourage consultants to schedule a meeting with our General Manager. Track outreach activity and meeting status. Provide regular progress updates. Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Your success will be measured by one KPI only: The number of qualified meetings booked with our General Manager. We are looking for someone who is focused on generating conversations and securing meetings—not simply sending emails.
