Warm Lead Sales & Follow-Up Pilates Courses 1 Hour Daily

We are looking for an experienced sales person to follow up and convert warm leads for our Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates instructor training courses.
We generate leads through Meta advertising and already have a CRM containing prospective students who have actively enquired about our courses. This is not cold calling – these are warm leads who have expressed an interest in training with us.
We need someone for 1 hour per day, Monday to Friday (5 hours per week). Consistency is important to us, so we are specifically looking for someone who can dedicate an hour each weekday rather than completing the five hours in one block.
During that hour you will:
- Contact new and existing leads by telephone and WhatsApp
- Follow up previous conversations and enquiries
- Build rapport and understand which course/location is right for them
- Answer initial questions about course dates, structure, pricing and payment options
- Handle common objections and confidently move conversations towards enrolment
- Keep our CRM updated so we can clearly see where every lead is in the sales journey
- Re-engage older warm leads where appropriate
We will provide full training on our courses, pricing, locations, payment plans, FAQs and the enrolment process.
We are looking for someone who is confident in sales and conversion, not simply someone to send messages or make calls. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, having natural conversations, following up more than once and asking for the sale.
Experience in education/course enrolment, fitness, Pilates, wellness, training providers, membership sales or converting Meta/Facebook leads would be particularly useful.
This is initially 5 hours per week, with the potential to become an ongoing role if it works well.
