We’re looking for someone to review two newly built websites from a customer’s point of view. www.londonresin.com www.hampshireresin.com This is not a technical audit and not a website rebuild project. You do not need to be a developer or designer for this project. Strong written feedback and the ability to think like a customer are more important than technical skills. What we need is objective, practical feedback on the user experience, including: How clear and intuitive the customer journey feels First impressions and overall clarity Wording and content (too much, too little, or unclear) Images and visual hierarchy Ease of enquiry and form completion Anything that feels confusing, unnecessary, or friction-heavy Think of this as “how does this feel to a real customer landing on the site for the first time?” We’re testing how well these sites communicate and guide users, not looking for redesigns or rebuild proposals. Research for potential new dog and cat

I need an experienced market researcher to do online research to help me produce some ideas for potential new pet products for the UK. Dog and cat market only There are three areas of research I I would like included and any other areas that an expert in the field would consider appropriate: 1. Assess existing customer pain points that exist in the market currently that could be potentially solved with an innovative product or approach 2. Research current pet problems (medical, behavioural etc ) that pet owners are looking for solutions to online. I could then assess if I could produce a product that would ameliorate these problems 3. I need an expert to develop and roll out a marketing plan to promote a new-to-market product.
