Description
About the Business:
Advanced reseller hosting platform (top-tier, easy to manage) with a number of active clients.
Multiple recurring clients for maintenance, updates, and small edits (steady, low-effort income).
Uniform platform design for fast, simple management and high profitability.
Strong word-of-mouth pipeline for new bespoke website builds (quick turnaround, maximum profit with minimal effort).
Specialist in competition websites (expert for years – can deliver a full site in 2 days, often at £300 as a market disrupter).
Flagship asset:
Next Generation Competition websites platform (£tens of thousands invested – poised to be market leader with high-profit potential; this alone could become the main focus).
I will provide full handover/training to the successor and can advise ongoing.
Your task:
Locate and provide full contact details for serious UK-based freelancers or businesses interested in acquiring/taking over the business (with revenue share arrangement possible – negotiable terms, little/no upfront).
Please state in your proposal how many qualified contacts you can provide and your experience in similar searches.
UK only.
Thanks,
David

Hey David,
1. Confirm you only want publicly listed business contact details (company website contact form / sales inbox / LinkedIn company page), not personal emails/mobiles.
2. How many leads are you expecting per week/month, and what’s your “qualified” definition (agency size, UK region, budget/revenue range, hosting experience, competition sites appetite)?
-

Just to confirm, do you prefer someone based in the Netherlands?

Hey David,
Quick clarification: Could you confirm if you'd like me to prioritise buyers who want to run the business actively, or are you open to passive investors or agencies who might manage it at scale?
Also, do you have a confidentiality agreement (NDA) in place for sharing sensitive business details with potential buyers?
