Power Point Designer for Technical Bid and Sales Presentations
We are looking for an experienced PowerPoint presentation designer to support us on an ongoing, ad hoc basis with high-quality bid proposals, company pitch decks and client presentations. We operate in the construction and architectural façade sector, presenting for significant project opportunities. Our presentations need to be visually engaging, technically accurate, content-rich and tailored to the specific client, project and opportunity. This role involves more than simply improving the appearance of existing slides. We need someone who can: • Understand our business, products and technical offering • Read and interpret datasheets, technical drawings, specifications and product information • Work with architectural renders, project imagery and technical details • Identify the most relevant information for each opportunity • Translate complex technical content into clear, compelling client-facing slides • Structure presentations to create a strong and persuasive story • Follow and maintain our established brand guidelines • Produce polished, professional PowerPoint presentations that remain fully editable We will provide a brief, source materials, previous presentation examples and brand assets for each project. The successful designer will be expected to review the information carefully, ask relevant questions and use their judgement to create a presentation that equips our sales team to present confidently and successfully. The workload will be ad hoc and driven by live sales and tender opportunities, so responsiveness and the ability to work to agreed deadlines are important. There is potential for an ongoing working relationship with the right person. Ideal experience: • Strong portfolio of corporate PowerPoint presentation design • Experience producing bid, tender, proposal or sales presentations • Confident working with detailed or technical subject matter • Excellent written English and attention to detail • Able to organise large amounts of information into a clear narrative • Comfortable working within an existing brand style • Experience in construction, architecture, engineering or manufacturing would be beneficial Confidentiality is essential. The presentations may contain commercially sensitive client, project and business information. A confidentiality agreement will be required, and sample decks shared during the selection process will be redacted.
