High-Ticket B2B SEO Closer (Live Technical Support Provided)

We are a fast-growing SEO agency seeking an experienced, consultative B2B High-Ticket Sales Closer to lead our sales calls and turn warm prospects into long-term monthly retainers.

We generate our leads through targeted cold outreach. Your sole responsibility is to step onto the call, build rapport, and close the deal.
You will NOT be alone on these calls: Our Senior SEO Specialist will be on every call with you to handle all technical questions, site breakdowns, and strategy details. You control the call, manage the sales structure, and ask for the money—we back you up with the technical expertise.

Compensation Structure:
We offer a strong hybrid payout structure designed to reward top performers:
Base Meeting Fee: $15 per attended discovery call (regardless of outcome).

Closing Commission: 25% commission on Month 1 of every signed SEO retainer (our packages range from $800/mo to $10,000+/mo).

Performance Bonuses: Lucrative quarterly and yearly cash bonuses for hitting closing milestones.

Example: Close a standard $3,000/mo retainer on a 30-minute call, and you make $765 total ($15 meeting fee + $750 commission) plus progress toward quarterly & yearly bonuses.

What You Will Do:
Attend scheduled 20-30 minute zoom calls with qualified decision-makers (Founders, Managing Partners, Marketing Directors).

Lead the discovery conversation, surface business pain points, and set the call agenda.
Guide the prospect through our solution presentation while calling on our SEO Specialist to deliver custom video/technical audits.
Uncover budget, handle objections smoothly, and close single-pay roadmap audits or monthly recurring retainers directly on the call.
Record deal notes and hand off closed clients to our client onboarding team.

Requirements:
Proven B2B Closing Track Record: At least 2+ years of high-ticket phone/Zoom sales experience (agency, SaaS, or high-ticket service experience highly preferred).

Exceptional English: Native spoken English with clear articulation, professional presence, and strong tonality.

Mastery of Call Control: Ability to direct conversations, ask high-value diagnostic questions, and confidently handle standard objections ("I need to think about it," "Send an email," "It's too expensive").
Reliability: Strict punctuality for all booked calls.
