PhD Data Analysis (NVivo) – Thematic Analysis of 25 Interviews
Project Overview 25 semi-structured interview transcripts Average interview duration: approximately 30 minutes each Analysis to be conducted using NVivo Thematic Analysis following a rigorous qualitative approach using the six steps of the Braun and Clarke approach The analysis must strictly align with my research questions and research objectives, which will be provided. The final Data Analysis and Findings chapter should be approximately 30–40 pages (excluding appendices and NVivo outputs), written in clear academic English and suitable for direct inclusion, with minimal editing, in a PhD thesis. Deliverables Complete NVivo project (.nvp) Coding framework/codebook Well-developed themes and sub-themes with supporting quotations Analytic memos documenting coding decisions and theme development A fully written Data Analysis and Findings chapter of approximately 30–40 pages, presenting the themes, interpreting the findings, and explicitly linking them to the research questions/objectives and relevant literature where appropriate. Recommendations for presenting the findings within the PhD thesis (where appropriate) Important This project requires far more than coding transcripts. I am looking for someone who can undertake PhD-level qualitative analysis, moving from coding to robust interpretation. The successful freelancer should be able to identify meaningful patterns, develop defensible themes, justify analytical decisions, and produce a coherent narrative that directly answers the research questions. The emphasis is on critical interpretation, methodological rigor, and academic quality, not simply tagging data in NVivo.

Hello, I am looking for a designer/vector artwork specialist to recreate and tidy up approved brand assets for "Golden Memories", an event brand. Ther is also potential for ongoing design support for "Golden Memories" and "Soowambar". Attached: * a mood board for your information on suite of assets (some of these logos have changed and need to be confirmed) * a flyer **PLEASE NOTE** I do not have the original editable files. The existing Golden Memories artwork was created through AI. I like the overall look and direction, but I now need key elements professionally recreated so they are usable, consistent and production-ready. **WHAT I NEED - Deadline 25 August** This is not a rebrand. I want the approved look reproduced faithfully and professionally. The supplied Golden Memories logos and selected graphic elements recreated as clean, high-quality vector artwork, then exported in the following formats, for each graphic element: * Transparent PNG * Vector PDF * AI or editable vector source file * SVG * EPS Required colour versions: * Gold (main brand version) * Black * White I also need separate individual elements/icons where relevant, so they can be reused across collateral (elements of logo, underlines/ small diamond text deviders, value icons) **IMPORTANT TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS** * Final artwork must be true vector, suitable for enlargement without loss of quality * Transparent PNGs must have genuinely transparent backgrounds * Artwork should be created by manual reconstruction/redraw, not delivered as poor auto-traced files * Brand colours should be matched as closely as possible, with HEX values confirmed * Files must be suitable for both digital use and professional print **BROADER CONTEXT** Golden Memories is the immediate priority. Soowambar is the company producing the event. I already have most of what I need for the Soowambar website/brand, but I still need some professional asset creation and refinement. The two brands are connected, but they are , not the same brandso I need someone who can understand and work with that distinction. **POTENTIAL ONGOING ** While this brief is for the asset recreation in the mood board, I would also be interested in finding someone I can continue working with on the wider visual ecosystem (i.e. for event flyer - people dancing / event illustrations and visual elements for Soowambar) This ongoing work is not required as part of the initial quote, but if this is also your area, I would be interested to know. **WHEN REPLYING, PLEASE CONFIRM** 1. Whether you will manually recreate the artwork rather than rely on poor automatic tracing 2. Which file formats you will supply 3. Your experience creating clean vector artwork from non-editable source material 4. Whether you would also be interested in potential ongoing design work If helpful, I am happy to answer questions before appointing someone. Many thanks, Sonia

21 days ago20 proposalsRemoteCopywriter — Product Descriptions and Email for Apparel Brand
Draftline Apparel, a US clothing brand for tabletop and video game fans based in Austin, Texas, needs a copywriter for our product descriptions and marketing emails. Our current copy is inconsistent — some written by us in a hurry, some left as bare spec — and none of it sounds like one voice. The work covers around sixty product descriptions of fifty to eighty words each, plus a set of six marketing emails for an upcoming collection launch. The descriptions need to convey the design, the fit and the reference or joke behind each piece, quickly and with personality, while still covering the practical details a shopper needs. The emails should build interest across a launch sequence without leaning on constant discounting. Voice is the whole job here. We are funny, a little irreverent, and genuinely part of the gaming community, and the copy has to land that without trying too hard or explaining the joke. Generic ecommerce copy or forced hype both miss. We will provide our brand voice guide, product details and the design concepts behind each piece. One practical note: humor should never come at the cost of clarity on sizing, materials or shipping, since those drive returns and support tickets. To be considered, please share copywriting samples that show personality and voice, ideally consumer or ecommerce work rather than corporate, tell us your rate per description or a fixed project price, and confirm your availability. Applications without relevant writing samples will not be shortlisted.

14 days ago12 proposalsRemoteSEO Audit and Content Plan Outdoor Gear and Repair Services
Alpkit make outdoor and cycling equipment in the UK and run a repair and care service that handles other brands' gear as well as our own. Our product pages perform reasonably in search. Our repair and care content does not, despite being the thing people most often ask us about, and we suspect we are losing a lot of traffic to generic advice sites. We want a technical and content audit of our Shopify store, followed by a practical six-month content plan. The technical side should cover crawlability, site structure, internal linking, page speed on key templates, structured data, and the state of our existing product and category pages. We are less interested in a two-hundred-point checklist than in a prioritised list of what is actually costing us traffic and what it would take to fix each item. The content side is the more important half. We want keyword research around repair, care, maintenance and end-of-life questions for outdoor equipment, mapped against what we already publish and against who currently ranks. From that we want a six-month plan of articles and guides, each with a target query, search intent, suggested structure and a note on which existing page it should support. Where an existing page can be improved rather than replaced, say so. One firm requirement: we are a certified B Corp and we will not publish claims we cannot evidence, so please do not build a plan that depends on sustainability language we would have to substantiate. Practical, checkable advice performs better for us anyway. We will provide Search Console and analytics access, our current content inventory and a marketing contact. Please share a comparable audit you have delivered, tell us which tools you use and whether their cost sits with you, and confirm your timeline.

About T3 T3 is an award-winning AI implementation partner for high-risk industries. We support the adoption of trustworthy AI across the entire lifecycle. We design and engineer bespoke AI controls, conduct adversarial red teaming on models and AI systems, and implement end-to-end AI governance operating models, aligned to standards we helped write such as the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI RMF. About the Role We are building a new tool: a platform connecting AI safety, security and governance talent with organisations that need them, alongside a flow for organisations to request AI safety evaluations from T3. Figma designs and user flows are complete and approved. We need an experienced full-stack developer to implement those designs as a working, production-ready product: front end, back end and a simple database. Engagement terms Estimated three weeks from kick-off. We will agree the final timeline with the selected developer. We expect to agree a fixed fee for the whole project upfront. Please still quote your day rate so we can assess value. Technical approach Our current website runs on WordPress. We are open on how the new tool is built: a headless or custom stack (React / Next.js), WordPress with appropriate plugins, Webflow, or another approach you can justify. What matters is that it is genuinely functional, maintainable by others after handover, and not fragile. Tell us what you would use and why, including hosting and database. Screens in scope Approximately 8 to 10 designed screens, all responsive: Landing / home Job listings index, with filter sidebar, search and sort Job detail page Candidate profile / metadata view Application dashboard ("Your Candidates") for organisations reviewing applicants Organisation dashboard / ops console, table-driven with status states Request an AI Safety Evaluation: long multi-section form with conditional fields Requirements Strong full-stack web development experience Backend and database development Authentication, role-based access and user account functionality Dynamic profile and listing pages Search, filtering and sorting Responsive implementation across desktop and mobile Proven accuracy converting Figma designs into production interfaces Clean, scalable, maintainable code Git / version control Strong attention to detail Depending on your proposed approach, either React / Next.js and TypeScript, or demonstrable experience building genuinely database-driven applications on WordPress or Webflow. Preferred experience Two-sided marketplaces or job boards. Multi-role dashboards. Searchable directories. Multi-step forms with conditional logic. Database-driven applications.
7 days ago80 proposalsRemoteFreelance Sales Rep - AI Training Platform (10% Commission)
LearnPulse.online is an AI training and certification platform. Self-paced courses in AI and prompt engineering, AI-evaluated assessments, and verified certificates. It sells two ways: 1. Organisations license it to upskill their workforce - bulk seats under their own admin dashboard. This is where the large deals are. 2. Individuals buy course access and certification directly - professionals upskilling on their own, jobseekers wanting a credential. The project Find buyers and bring them to a close. On the organisation side that means corporates, training institutions, and government agencies - you identify prospects, make the first approach, and run the conversation through to signature. I support the demo and handle the contract once a decision-maker is engaged. On the individual side, it's volume: communities, professional groups, and channels where people are actively looking to reskill. Payment - 10% commission on everything you close. - Organisation licenses run $1,600–$7,000+ depending on seat count — roughly $160–$700 per deal, with a typical first deal landing near $280. - Individual sales are smaller but repeatable, and commission applies the same way. - Paid on receipt of the client's payment, per deal. - After 3 months of consistent activity, strong performers move to a basic monthly retainer plus retained commission. The intent is an ongoing engagement, not a one-off. - Product training, sales materials (one-pager and call scripts), and live demo access provided before your first approach. - Fully remote, your own hours. Judged on outcomes. Who I'm looking for 1. You've sold before - software, training, or services. B2B experience preferred, but if your strength is community-driven consumer sales, say so; there's room for both. 2. Comfortable with cold outreach and self-directed. You won't be chased for activity. 3. You can talk about AI at a business level. Not technical depth - an understanding of what an L&D manager actually worries about: adoption, measurable outcomes, cost against Coursera or Udemy Business. 4. Existing relationships in corporate L&D, HR, or public-sector training are a strong advantage. To apply, send a short message covering: 1. What you've sold before. 2. Who you'd approach first for this - a specific type of organisation or community, not a generic answer. 3. How you'd open that first conversation. Applications missing any of the three won't be reviewed.
14 days ago13 proposalsRemoteRemote Customer & Schools Administrator
Remote Customer & Schools Administrator Part-time | Remote | Approx. 6–8 hours per week during busy periods Start date: Monday 7 September 2026 We’re looking for a friendly, personable and organised remote administrator to help us look after our parents, customers and the schools we work with during our busy start-of-term period. For us, this role is about more than simply answering emails. We want every parent who contacts us to have a warm and personable experience — to feel listened to, looked after and confident that there is a friendly person at the other end who is happy to help. The Role You’ll help us stay on top of customer and school communication, particularly during our busy start-of-term periods. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding promptly to enquiries from parents and schools * Providing friendly, helpful and personalised responses * Making sure enquiries are followed through and people aren’t left waiting * Sending schools any documents, forms or information they require * Following up on outstanding enquiries where necessary * Keeping emails and basic administration organised * Keeping track of anything that still needs a response or action * Passing anything that requires the business owner’s attention on promptly This is not a bookkeeping, payments or finance role. The focus is on great communication, customer care and keeping the administration running smoothly. Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm, friendly and good with people. You’ll need to be: * Friendly, personable and approachable * A strong written communicator * Professional and confident when communicating with schools * Naturally helpful and customer-focused * Organised and reliable * Proactive and able to use your initiative * Comfortable working independently and remotely * Able to take ownership of an enquiry and make sure it gets dealt with * Able to communicate naturally rather than relying on generic or robotic responses Previous experience in administration, customer service, school administration or virtual assistance would be helpful, but personality, communication and reliability are particularly important to us. Hours We anticipate approximately 6–8 hours per week during our busy start-of-term period, with some flexibility depending on demand. The hours don’t necessarily need to be worked in one block. What’s more important is being able to check in at different points during the working week so parents and schools receive timely responses. As the start-of-term rush settles down, the hours are likely to reduce, with the possibility of further support during future busy periods. Pay £15–£20 per hour, depending on experience. Start Date Monday 7 September 2026 Ideally, we’d like to get you set up beforehand so you’re familiar with how we work, common enquiries and the documents schools may need before the busy period begins. How to Apply If this sounds like a role you’d enjoy, we’d love to hear from you. Please send us a short introduction telling us a little about yourself, any relevant experience you have, your availability during normal UK working hours and your hourly rate. Above all, we’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable and genuinely enjoys helping people — someone we can trust to give our parents and schools the same warm, personable experience that we would ourselves.
