We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Social Media & Digital Graphic Designer for an ongoing collaboration with our growing digital platform.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of professional experience, an exceptional portfolio, strong creative thinking, and advanced skills in professional design software.

The role involves creating original, premium-quality visual content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, digital advertising campaigns, and other platforms.

We are seeking a designer who brings fresh ideas, understands visual storytelling and branding, and can independently transform concepts into outstanding designs.

This is not a position for AI-generated designs, generic templates, or basic Canva work.
Deliverables
- High-quality social media posts, multi-slide carousels, stories, and promotional graphics.
- Creative designs for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- YouTube thumbnails, digital banners, and advertising creatives.
- Original visual concepts and creative campaign designs.
- Consistent visual identity, typography, composition, and branding across all content.
- Professionally organized, editable source files (PSD, AI, or other agreed formats).
- Platform-optimized final exports in the required dimensions and formats.
- Potential future motion graphics, animations, and additional creative projects.
Design Style
Modern, minimal, clean, sophisticated, and premium-quality visual design.

We value exceptional typography, balanced compositions, strong visual hierarchy, thoughtful use of colors, professional art direction, and creative storytelling.

Designs should feel original, visually engaging, polished, and aligned with contemporary international design standards.

We appreciate cinematic visuals, refined details, and innovative concepts when appropriate, without unnecessary decorative elements or overcrowded layouts.

Every design should demonstrate genuine creativity and professional execution, not generic templates or recognizable AI-generated aesthetics.

Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience (mandatory).
- Exceptional portfolio featuring original social media and digital design projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and professional design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to independently develop original creative concepts and execute them professionally.
