Experienced Canva / Adobe Designer Needed –70 (rough estimate)-Page Digital Activity Guide with AI Images

I am the founder of The Early Years Advisory, a Dubai-based early childhood education consultancy, and I am looking for an experienced graphic designer to create a professional, premium-quality digital activity guide for parents of young children.

The guide will be approximately 100 pages, featuring a collection of practical, engaging activities that parents can enjoy with their children at home.

What I Already Have

A significant amount of the preparation has already been completed:

- Written content: All activities have been drafted in Microsoft Word. The designer will not need to write the activities, but will need to transfer and format the content into the publication.
- Established branding: I have my company logo, brand colours and fonts, which must be used throughout the guide.
- Existing branded materials: I can share examples of other professionally branded documents and marketing materials from my company to provide a clear understanding of the style and visual identity I would like to maintain.

What I Need

1. Professional Digital Guide Design

- Design and format approximately 100 pages using Canva, Adobe InDesign or another suitable professional design platform.
- Transfer my existing activity content from Microsoft Word into the designed publication.
- Create a consistent, attractive layout for each activity.
- Incorporate my existing brand colours, fonts and logo.
- Design a professional front cover, contents page and any necessary introductory or supporting pages.
- Ensure the final guide is visually appealing, easy to read and suitable for sale as a premium digital product.

2. AI-Generated Activity Images

Each activity will need an accompanying AI-generated image that visually demonstrates or represents the activity.

This will involve creating up to 100 individual AI images.

The images should be:

- Realistic, natural and high quality.
- Appropriate for an early childhood and parenting publication.
- Consistent in style, lighting and overall appearance.
- Accurate representations of the activities described.
- Suitable for commercial use.

I would prefer realistic photographic-style imagery rather than cartoons or illustrations.

### 3. Final Deliverables

- A complete, professionally designed digital guide of approximately 100 pages.
- A high-resolution PDF suitable for digital sale and distribution.
- A fully editable Canva or Adobe source document so that I can make future changes.
- All AI-generated images used in the guide.
- Full commercial usage rights for the final designs and images.

### Design Style

I am looking for something that feels premium, modern, warm, natural and professional.

Although the guide is focused on activities for young children, the intended audience is parents. I do not want the design to feel overly childish, cluttered or like a traditional school worksheet.

The finished publication should feel like a beautifully designed, professionally published activity book.

Ideal Freelancer

I am looking for someone who:

- Has strong experience with Canva, Adobe InDesign or professional publication design.
- Can demonstrate previous experience designing eBooks, digital guides, workbooks or similar publications.
- Has experience generating realistic AI images.

Budget and Timeline

I am open to receiving proposals and would like freelancers to provide an estimated fixed price for the complete project, including design, AI image generation and revisions.

Before committing to the full project, I would like to arrange a paid sample of 2–3 activity pages, including AI-generated images, to ensure the design style and quality are aligned with my expectations.
