UK Building Regulation for conversion from single to two flats

Experienced UK Architectural Technician required to produce a comprehensive Building Regulations drawing package for conversion of a single dwelling into two self-contained flats. Using provided approved planning DWG files, prepare detailed drawings for Building Control approval including wall, floor and roof build-ups, sections and construction details, fire protection (Part B), sound insulation (Part E), thermal insulation and U‑values (Part L), ventilation (Part F), drainage (Part H), stair and guarding details (Part K), accessibility (Part M), specifications and notes. Must demonstrate proven UK Building Regulations experience, strong knowledge of Approved Documents, AutoCAD proficiency and capability to incorporate structural engineer information. Provide examples of similar projects, estimated fee and expected turnaround. Some items will be retrospective; site visits and updates will be coordinated.
