Integrated Frame and Form Ltd is seeking a freelance Structural Engineer or CAD Detailer to prepare structural calculations and Building Control drawings for a commercial roof terrace project in London.
Scope: Eurocode calculations (wind uplift, snow loading, member sizing, stability checks) and post baseplate/fixing details for a 6-unit modular roof pergola (6.5\text{ m} \times 29\text{ m} footprint).
Deliverables: Structural calculation pack and 2D CAD drawings suitable for Building Control submission.
Sign-Off: Our practice will review, approve, and sign off/stamp all final calculations and drawings.
Timeline: 7–10 working days for initial drafts.
Budget: £850 – £1,200 fixed fee (50% milestone on draft delivery / 50% on final sign-off).
Requirements: Solid experience with UK Building Regulations, BS EN 1991 (wind/snow loads), and 2D AutoCAD detailing.
