Software Engineer - Flexible Part-Time | Remote (US)

I'm looking for an AI Engineer / Technical Contributor for flexible, part-time work focused primarily on AI training and evaluation projects through platforms such as Snorkel, Handshake, and similar AI ecosystems.

What You'll Do
Work on AI training, evaluation, and data-quality projects
Review and evaluate AI-generated responses
Create, label, rank, and improve training data
Solve coding, technical, reasoning, or analytical tasks
Follow project-specific guidelines and maintain high-quality work
Who We're Looking For

A strong technical background is more important than previous AI experience.

You do not need to have professional AI/ML experience to apply. If you have a background in software engineering, programming, mathematics, science, or another technical field and are interested in moving into AI, we can help you learn and develop your AI skills along the way.

We're looking for someone who is:

Comfortable learning new technologies
Reliable and able to work independently
Strong in English communication
Interested in building practical AI experience

Schedule: Flexible part-time; workload varies by project.
