We're rebranding from scratch, alongside rebuilding our web services, and looking for a designer to shape the whole identity with us. The core idea is that Axenara takes the hard parts of the internet off our clients' hands, so they can focus on what they do best. We want a brand that feels warm but capable, modern but not trend-chasing, confident without shouting. The closest reference point is Monzo. They took a category (banking) that everyone assumed had to be cold and corporate, and made it feel human and likeable. The hosting and web services category has the same problem, full of identical blue-and-grey companies, and we want to do for it what Monzo did for banking. Stripe, Linear, and Notion all live in the same neighbourhood as what we're after. One of the things we care about most is that the identity can stretch. We do a lot of different things, and we're about to do more of them. The same brand needs to feel right on an enterprise hosting invoice, on a streamer's overlay, on the home screen icon for one of our own SaaS apps, and on a business card we hand to a small business owner. We're not looking for one fixed logo so much as a system that has a clear core but knows how to flex, whether that's through variants, sub-marks, colour, or something we haven't thought of. # SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING FREELANCER – NMP PROPERTIES (DUBAI) NMP Properties is a Dubai-based Lease-to-Own / Property Leasing company focused on modern owner-finance solutions for Dubai real estate. We are looking for a creative and reliable social media freelancer to manage and grow our Instagram and TikTok presence. This is a long-term ongoing collaboration. to start, 6 months work (250$ per month). ## ROLE REQUIREMENTS The freelancer will: • Create and upload 2 posts per day per channel • Manage both Instagram and TikTok accounts • Produce AI-generated content based on our instructions, branding, and examples • Create a mix of: * Static luxury real estate posts * Short video / reel content * Animated AI visuals * Modern Dubai lifestyle content The content style must feel: • Premium • Luxury • Cinematic • Dubai-focused • Modern and elegant Our business is NOT a traditional real estate agency.
