Enhancing Flutter/Node.js Live-Stream Social Platform

Flutter + Node.js team to extend a live-streaming social platform (long-term)

We are extending an existing, live platform. This is not a build from zero.

WHAT EXISTS TODAY
- Backend: Node.js, Express, MongoDB, Socket.IO. 355 live endpoints, 61 data models, a socket layer of about 5,800 lines. Deployed and running in production.
- Admin panel and two web cabinets: Next.js, live.
- Public website: React on Vite, three languages, complete and signed off.
- Mobile application: Flutter, clean architecture, in active development.
- Design: complete. 761 screens in light theme, a mirrored dark theme, twelve user-flow diagrams and a clickable prototype. No UI design work is required from you - screens are delivered to you finished.

WHAT WE NEED BUILT
- New product modules across backend, admin panel and mobile application
- A configurable rules layer for platform economics, with versioning and effective dates
- Creator wallet with multiple balances and money states, and payout workflows
- Group communities, a second in-app currency, new battle formats, an advertising module
- Localisation for three languages, dark theme implementation, iOS camera effects, store submission

STACK YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW
Flutter with clean architecture, Node.js and Express, MongoDB, Socket.IO, Next.js, LiveKit or Agora, and payment integrations of the Stripe / PayPal / Razorpay class.

ENGAGEMENT
Long-term, hourly, in blocks. Work is done module by module in a priority order we set. A shared task and hours tracking sheet and a written weekly report are required.

BUDGET GUIDELINE
USD 3 to 6 per hour.

YOUR PROPOSAL MUST INCLUDE
1. Your estimate of the total hours for the scope above, and how you arrived at that number.
2. Team composition and the hourly rate of each role.
3. CVs of the people who would actually do the work, not a company profile.
4. Two live applications you have shipped that handle real-time video or in-app payments, with links.
5. How you handle testing, and who pays for correcting defects in your own work.

Proposals without an hours figure will not be reviewed.

Source code, documentation and design access are provided after an NDA is signed.
