Professional Architectural Photo Editing / Retouching
We are a high-end building & construction company looking for an experienced architectural/property photo editor or retoucher to professionally enhance a selection of completed project photographs. The images will be used across our website, social media, marketing materials & an upcoming magazine feature, so the finished files need to be high-resolution, realistic & suitable for print/editorial use. What we need - The majority of the photographs are exterior shots of a completed residential project which is being featured. The building itself looks great, but some of the photography was taken before the surrounding landscaping & planting had been completed or had a chance to fully established. We would therefore like to: - Add or enhance realistic landscaping & planting - Improve lawns, borders & unfinished external areas where required - Remove small distractions, construction remnants or unwanted objects - Make subtle improvements to lighting, exposure, colour balance & overall presentation - Retain natural textures, shadows, reflections & imperfections so the photography still feels authentic - Make it look like a beautiful sunny summers day - It should look like a high-end grand designs type photograph - Supply the finished photographs in high resolution, suitable for both print & digital use. VERY IMPORTANT - the building itself must NOT be changed. We do NOT want the architecture redesigned or altered in any way so it reflects our true work. Existing brickwork, stonework, windows, doors, rooflines, dimensions, proportions & other architectural details must remain true to the original photographs. The objective is for someone looking at the finished image to believe that this is simply a professionally photographed completed property with established landscaping - not a digitally created or AI-generated image. We have already mocked up some examples using ChatGPT/AI to demonstrate the type of landscaping & overall finished appearance we are looking for. However, these examples look too obviously AI-generated when viewed closely, particularly in the planting, textures & finer architectural details. We can provide both: 1. The original high-resolution photograph 2. Our AI mock-up showing the general direction we would like We would then like you to create a professional, realistic version from the original high-resolution file, using the mock-up only as a visual reference. Our projects are predominantly high-end homes in Somerset & Devon, so landscaping should feel appropriate to the properties and their surroundings - natural, established & understated country cottage rather than overly manicured or artificial. Think high-end UK architectural/property photography suitable for publications such as Country Life, House & Garden, Homes & Gardens or similar. Who we're looking for - Ideally, you will have experience in: - Architectural/property photography retouching - Professional Photoshop compositing - Realistic landscaping/vegetation additions - High-end property marketing imagery - Retouching images for print/editorial use Please include relevant before-and-after examples of architectural or property photo editing in your proposal. We would ideally like to start with one test image to make sure the editing style is right before proceeding with the remaining photographs. There is also potential for ongoing work, as we regularly photograph completed building projects for our website, social media, PR & marketing. Please price PER IMAGE.

Hi, We are an early-stage startup currently developing MatchMapper, a football venue discovery platform. We already have the logo, branding direction, colours and visual concepts established, so there is no branding or creative design work required for this project. We're looking for a graphic designer to take our existing designs and prepare them as a professional, organised set of individual digital assets. This is a small initial trial project. If MatchMapper progresses successfully, we're looking to build a longer-term relationship with a designer for future website, social media, advertising and marketing work. What we need: Logo assets Primary logo — icon above text Horizontal logo — icon to the left of text PNG with transparent background PNG/JPG with background High-resolution versions Social media branding Our existing MatchMapper banner/map design supplied as one complete social media banner Correct sizing for social media use App & web App icon Favicon High-resolution PNG versions Marketing images We have several existing AI-generated pub/football images. For these, we simply need: The MatchMapper social media/banner graphic applied neatly at the bottom A small MatchMapper watermark/logo in the bottom-right corner Consistent positioning and sizing across all images Important We are not looking for a new logo or new branding concept. The design direction has already been created. We're looking for someone who can take the supplied assets and produce clean, professional, correctly sized files ready for use across our website, social media and marketing. Future work If the initial project goes well, we would be interested in using the same designer for ongoing MatchMapper work as the company develops. Initial budget: £15 Please only apply if you're comfortable working from existing branding rather than creating a completely new identity. Thanks!

8 days ago19 proposalsRemoteReact / Next.js Front End Developer — Remote
We're building the new web version of our product and are looking for an experienced front-end developer to lead and support the rollout. You'll work primarily in React and Next.js, building the interfaces our customers use every day. The frontend integrates with a SQL Server database via a C# API — you won't be modifying the API or database directly, but you'll need to understand relational data and work comfortably against existing APIs. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Build and maintain UI features in React / Next.js - Consume and integrate with an existing C# REST API - Translate designs and requirements into performant, accessible, responsive interfaces - Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code review - Collaborate with the wider team (and any backend/API developers) to flag issues, edge cases, or data needs WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - 3-5+ years of professional front-end development experience - Strong hands-on experience with React and Next.js (App Router / SSR / routing/data fetching patterns) - Solid JavaScript fundamentals; TypeScript experience strongly preferred - Strong HTML5 and modern CSS skills - Comfortable working with relational databases conceptually (you won't write SQL day-to-day, but should understand schemas, joins, and how data is structured) - Experience consuming REST APIs built by another team (ideally including .NET/C# APIs, but not essential) - Good communication skills — able to work async/remote and flag blockers early NICE TO HAVE - Experience with a component library/design system - Automated testing experience (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright/Cypress) - Familiarity with CI/CD and Git-based workflows - Experience in construction, CRM, or B2B SaaS products LOGISTICS - Fully remote HOW TO APPLY When you apply, lead with relevant experience; tell me how you've shipped React or Next.js apps that tracked complex regional data and how you kept performance sharp. Links to repos or live products speak louder than a polished proposal.
25 days ago93 proposalsRemoteOn-page SEO for a small Shopify store
We run Northbridge Candle Co., a handmade candle and home fragrance brand on Shopify. The store has been live for about a year, we have ~30 SKUs, and organic traffic has been flat for months. We're looking for someone to handle on-page SEO for our homepage and 6 core product pages as a first small project. What we need delivered: Keyword research — 1 primary and 2–3 secondary keywords per page, based on real search volume and buyer intent (not just guessing). Rewritten title tags, meta descriptions and H1s that actually reflect the keywords. Product descriptions rewritten or edited so keywords sit naturally in the copy — no stuffing, our brand voice needs to survive. Image alt text for all product images. A short internal linking plan showing which pages should link to which and why. A one-page summary of everything that was changed and the reasoning. Delivery in a shared Google Doc so we can review before publishing. We'll implement on our side, unless you'd prefer to push the changes directly through Shopify (either works). We already have Google Search Console and GA4 set up and can share access. We're based in the US market, English only. Why this is worth your time even though the scope is small: We're deliberately starting with a small paid test project. We have a real ongoing SEO roadmap planned for Q1 — blog content (2–4 posts per month), off-page/link building, and SEO for two new product lines launching in January. If this first round is solid, we'd move straight into a monthly retainer with the same person. In your bid please include: - 1–2 examples of similar e-commerce or Shopify SEO work you've done (screenshots or links are fine) - Your suggested approach for our 7 pages - Realistic delivery timeline Timeline for this first project: ideally 7–10 days from kickoff. Thanks for reading — looking forward to your proposals.

Senior B2B Appointment Setter – UK Construction
The opportunity We are a UK construction technology company developing an innovative Construction Site Intelligence™ platform for the residential construction and housebuilding sector. We have already completed extensive market research and identified a carefully prioritised group of major UK construction and housebuilding organisations that we want to approach regarding a potential strategic partnership. We are now looking for an experienced B2B business-development / appointment-setting professional to turn that research into genuine conversations. Your job We have done the research. You are not expected to close the partnership. Your job is to get the right person interested and into a meeting with our founder/director. This is not mass lead generation or sending thousands of generic emails. We are targeting specific senior people within major construction organisations, so quality and access matter far more than volume. What we’re looking for Ideally you will have proven experience in: * Senior-level B2B appointment setting or business development * Cold outreach to decision-makers * Construction, housebuilding, property, technology, SaaS or another complex B2B sector * Speaking confidently with Managing Directors, CEOs, Commercial Directors, Construction Directors, Operations Directors, Digital/Technology Directors or similar You should be commercially intelligent, confident, persistent without being pushy, an excellent communicator and highly reliable. If you demonstrate that you can identify the right people, create genuine conversations and secure quality meetings, there is potential for ongoing work. To apply Please answer: 1. What experience do you have securing senior B2B meetings? 2. Have you worked in construction, housebuilding, property or technology? 3. Give one example of a difficult senior prospect you successfully converted into a meeting. 4. Which channels would you use to reach senior decision-makers? 5. How would you identify the real decision-maker and get past a gatekeeper? 6. How many hours per week can you realistically commit, and what is your rate? 7. Most importantly: how would you approach a new, carefully selected group of major construction organisations if given this assignment? Please provide examples of relevant results rather than a generic application. We are looking for someone who can turn a well-researched strategic opportunity into real conversations with senior decision-makers.

Sphere Construction Partnership is seeking an experienced, UK-based business development and lead-generation specialist to establish and maintain a consistent pipeline of suitable construction opportunities. We are an established construction company operating across Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and surrounding areas. Our work includes domestic extensions, conversions, renovations and new builds, together with commercial, industrial and property-maintenance projects. This is not simply a list-building or data-entry assignment. We require someone who can research genuine opportunities, identify and contact decision-makers, develop relationships, qualify enquiries and arrange meetings, surveys or tender opportunities. Key responsibilities will include: • Identifying suitable live construction projects, planning applications and tender opportunities • Contacting architects, quantity surveyors, building surveyors, developers and property professionals • Approaching landlords, letting agents, property managers and organisations with property portfolios • Developing relationships with commercial clients and professional referrers • Identifying subcontract, framework and overflow opportunities from larger contractors • Contacting prospective clients by telephone and personalised email • Following up previous quotations and dormant enquiries • Qualifying each opportunity by scope, location, budget, timescale and decision-making authority • Maintaining an accurate CRM or shared pipeline • Providing a concise weekly activity and results report The successful freelancer must: • Be based in the United Kingdom • Have proven business-development, outbound-sales or appointment-setting experience • Ideally have experience within construction, property, building materials, facilities management or a related sector • Be confident making professional telephone calls to UK businesses • Have excellent written and spoken English • Be commercially aware and able to distinguish genuine opportunities from unsuitable or speculative enquiries • Be organised, persistent and comfortable working to measurable targets Applicants should explain: Their relevant construction, property or B2B sales experience How they would generate opportunities for Sphere during the first four weeks Which organisations and decision-makers they would target Examples of opportunities or appointments they have previously generated Their hourly rate and weekly availability Whether they are personally carrying out the work or using a team We propose an initial four-week trial of approximately 15 hours per week. If the trial produces a credible, properly qualified pipeline, this can develop into a substantial ongoing role and potentially a permanent position. Success will be measured by meaningful decision-maker conversations, qualified opportunities, meetings, surveys and tender invitations—not merely the number of names collected or emails sent. Please do not apply if your service consists solely of selling pre-existing lead lists, scraping generic contact details or sending high-volume automated emails.
19 days ago10 proposalsRemoteSeeking a Registered Barristers Legal Opinion
I am seeking assistance with a narrowly defined legal opinion concerning a new UK start-up product being developed under the law of England and Wales. MANORIAL HOUSE is developing a Heritable Lordship Style-Title, structured as a modern private contractual product associated with a researched historic English manor. Importantly, the Product does not purport to sell, restore or re-establish the original historic lordship, land, manorial rights, peerage, nobility, Crown dignity or public office. The operative rights arise from a private Deed of Covenant, Grant and Assignment and are expressly described as modern contractual rights. The full document suite has already undergone an independent legal consultancy review, including the operative Deed, consumer terms and conditions, prospective purchaser information and wording, succession arrangements, purchase letter and certificate. A separate independent legal assessment has also considered the specific terminology used for the Style-Title in relation to the question below, however they were not registered. I am now seeking a formally instructed practising barrister to provide an independent opinion on the narrower underlying question: Whether, under the law of England and Wales, there is any legal impediment to a company creating and granting by private deed a modern contractual style in the form “Lord of [Place] or Lord of the Manor of [Place]”, where it is expressly distinguished from ownership of the historic Lordship of the Manor and from any peerage, Crown dignity, nobility, manorial property right or official status. I would particularly welcome Counsel's opinion on whether “Lord of [Place]” is legally preferable to “Lord of the Manor of [Place]” for maintaining that distinction, having regard to contract law, manorial/property law, misrepresentation, passing off and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. I am not asking Counsel to certify ownership of any historic lordship or undertake historical title verification. If the conclusion is supportive, I would also require a short approved public-facing summary which may accurately be shown to customers as evidence that the legal structure and terminology have been independently considered by practising Counsel. This is a personally funded pre-launch business and legal due diligence is being undertaken before the Product is offered to the public/launched. I am therefore exploring whether this narrowly scoped opinion might be suitable for pro bono or reduced-fee assistance. I have attached: 1. the existing independent legal consultancy review on the full document suite (note all reccomendations have been implemented); 2. the separate independent legal opinion on the Style-Title terminology; 3. a short briefing document on the product and company. 4. website: www.manorialhouse.co.uk I can further provide if required: 1. the operative Deed of Covenant, Grant and Assignment; and 2. prospective customer information guide I would be very grateful if you could let me know whether this is within your scope, confirm your credentials and fee. This may lead to future work. Kind regards, Daniel Ruscoe

We do not want the website to feel: Overly busy Childish Like a generic dropshipping website Template-heavy Over-designed Although children's products are part of the range, All Our Days is intended to be a wider lifestyle brand covering Home, Children and Gifts. We can provide our brand story and full brand guidelines once complete. Mobile & Technical Requirements The website must: Look excellent on desktop and mobile Be fully responsive Be quick and simple to navigate Use Shopify's standard backend wherever possible Allow us to edit the majority of website content ourselves Be set up using good SEO basics Have appropriate product, collection and page structures Be ready to connect to our domain Be ready for UK online sales We would prefer to avoid lots of unnecessary paid apps and ongoing monthly costs unless there is a genuine benefit. Handover As part of the project, we would like a basic handover showing us how to: Add products Create collections Edit homepage sections Add discount codes Change images/content Manage orders Update stock Manage newsletter/customer sign-ups A short screen-recorded walkthrough would be ideal. When Quoting Please include: Examples of Shopify websites you have previously built, particularly lifestyle, homeware, gifting or children's brands. Your total fixed price for the project. What is included within that price. Whether you will recommend/customise an existing Shopify theme or build something more bespoke. Any theme or app costs we would need to pay separately. Whether basic SEO setup is included. Whether the handover/training is included. We are a new startup, so budget is important, but we would rather have a simple, beautiful and professionally built website than lots of unnecessary functionality. The aim is to create a strong foundation that All Our Days can easily manage and grow from ourselves.

UK-BASED DEVELOPER REQUIRED – SUBCONTRACTOR DATABASE & COMPLIANCE PORTAL NWI Reactive Ltd is a UK reactive maintenance business managing a nationwide network of 500+ subcontractors. We currently manage our network through spreadsheets and manual processes and want a secure, simple web-based subcontractor database, onboarding and compliance portal. We are a small business with four office employees and are interested in AI-assisted/low-code development where appropriate to keep development and ongoing costs commercially sensible. We are not specifying the technology or platform and welcome recommendations. UK-BASED DEVELOPERS ONLY PLEASE. CORE PURPOSE Our coordinators need to quickly search our subcontractor database by: Trade + Location/Postcode + Compliance Status Example: Drainage + PR7/North West + Compliant Results should show: Company | Coverage | Compliance | Contact | Phone | Email | Call-Out | Hourly Rate Our team will then contact subcontractors using our existing business systems. CORE REQUIREMENTS - Import existing 500+ subcontractor Excel database - Central contractor profiles - Multiple contacts per company - Multiple trades per contractor - Multiple regions/postcode coverage areas - Call-out/hourly rates - Fast search by trade, location and compliance - Contact details visible in search results - Online new subcontractor application/PQQ - NWI approval/rejection/request-information workflow - Secure subcontractor self-service portal - Contractors can update their own details - Compliance document uploads - Document issue/expiry dates - Trade-specific compliance requirements - Automatic expiry monitoring/reminders - Clear Compliant/Non-Compliant status - Show why a contractor is non-compliant - Secure staff access - Contractors can only access their own information - Mobile-friendly contractor portal - Excel/CSV data export - NWI Reactive branding COMPLIANCE Different trades require different documents/accreditations and we need to configure these requirements ourselves. A contractor profile should clearly show, for example: NON-COMPLIANT Public Liability – EXPIRED Employers Liability – VALID CHAS – EXPIRED The contractor should be able to upload replacement documents. NWI then reviews/approves them and the compliance status updates. NOT REQUIRED We do not require job management, quotation management, CRM, invoicing, accounting, payroll, scheduling, fleet management, timesheets, performance ratings, complex reporting or a customer portal. DEVELOPER REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a UK-based freelancer or small UK development business. Please confirm where in the UK you are based and whether development will be completed by you/your UK team. Please refer us to relevant examples within your PeoplePerHour portfolio if available. QUOTATION Please provide: - Proposed technology/platform - Fixed build cost - Any recommended development phases - Total anticipated cost to reach a fully live system - Estimated delivery timescale - Ongoing monthly/annual costs - Hosting/database/storage costs - Software/licence costs - Maintenance/support costs - What post-launch support is included We want to understand the true total cost of ownership before appointing a developer. We are particularly interested in economical solutions using AI-assisted development, low-code or other modern development methods where appropriate, but security and reliability are essential. DATA & OWNERSHIP NWI must retain ownership and control of its subcontractor data and be able to export it. Please explain your proposed hosting, database and application ownership arrangements as part of your proposal. WHEN RESPONDING Please start your proposal with "NWI PORTAL" and confirm: 1. Where in the UK are you based? 2. Have you built a similar database/portal? 3. What technology would you recommend? 4. Can you import 500+ Excel records? 5. Can contractors have multiple contacts, trades and coverage areas? 6. Can we search trade + postcode/location + compliance simultaneously? 7. Can contractors securely maintain their own details/documents? 8. Can compliance automatically change based on expired/missing documents? 9. Can compliance requirements vary by trade? 10. Can expiry reminders be automated? 11. Can NWI amend trades/compliance requirements ourselves? 12. What is your fixed build price? 13. What ongoing costs should we expect? 14. What is your delivery timescale? 15. What support is included? We prefer written communication through PeoplePerHour during the quotation process. END GOAL A job arrives requiring Drainage in PR7. Our coordinator searches: Drainage + PR7/North West + Compliant Within seconds we see suitable subcontractors, their compliance status, contact details and rates. That is fundamentally what we need the platform to achieve.
