Meta Ads Specialist Needed for Accounting Firm Lead Generation

I am launching an accounting and bookkeeping firm in Dubai and I am looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to help set up, structure, launch and optimize Facebook and Instagram lead generation campaigns.
The main goal is to generate qualified enquiries from business owners and SMEs in Dubai/UAE, preferably through WhatsApp or Meta lead forms.

I am not looking for general social media management, followers or engagement. I specifically need someone experienced in performance marketing and lead generation.
