Description
Experience Level: Expert
I need an experienced, careful freelancer to submit three websites to a fixed list of 70 directories. Every directory is already listed in a tracker spreadsheet, with the submission URL, priority and notes for each one. You work through the list, create or claim the listings, and record the results in the tracker.
This is manual work only. Do not apply if you use automated submission software.
The three websites
Trade Profit App (tradeprofitapp.com) – a web app that helps tradespeople work out labour rates, overheads, job costs and profit. 34 directories: software review sites (G2, Capterra, TrustRadius and similar), SaaS and startup directories, and UK business citations.
Trade Skills Hub Academy (tradeskillshubacademy.com) – an independent UK publisher of business how-to books, PDF guides and courses for tradespeople. 23 directories: author and book platforms (Amazon Author Central, Goodreads, BookBub and similar), education and course directories, and UK business citations.
Electrical Advice UK (electricaladviceuk.co.uk) – a UK electrical advice and information website with a blog. 13 directories: blog directories, an expert-source profile and UK business citations.
What I supply
A tracker spreadsheet for each site, with the full directory list and a details sheet containing the approved business name, website, categories, descriptions, logo, images and contact details
The email address to use for each site’s directory accounts
Answers to any questions within 24 hours on weekdays
Rules – these are not negotiable
Search for each business first. Claim or update an existing profile rather than creating a duplicate.
Use only the exact names, descriptions, categories and images in the details sheets. Do not rewrite them or substitute stock images.
All three businesses are online-only. Never publish an address. If a directory insists on a visible address, mark it Skip and say why.
Electrical Advice UK is an advice site. Never list it as an electrician or electrical contractor, and never choose an “Electrician” category.
Trade Skills Hub Academy books must show Paul Lewis as author and Trade Skills Hub Academy as publisher. If you find any titles under other author names, list them in the Notes column for me. Do not create profiles under those names.
Do not upload any paid book or course files anywhere. Covers, descriptions and links only.
Use only the account email I supply for each site. Never use your own email.
Do not pay for anything – listings, upgrades, ads, featured placement, memberships or verification – without my written approval.
If a directory asks for payment, a contract, ID documents, phone or postal verification, or information I have not supplied, stop, mark the row Pending Verification and write exactly what is needed in Notes.
Do not submit to any directory that is not on the tracker without my approval.
Do not create Google Business Profile, Bing Places or Apple Business Connect listings.
No fake reviews, fake users, fake launch votes or incentivised reviews, and do not post comments or answers in my name.
Deliverables
Each tracker returned with every attempted row completed: status, date submitted, account email used, whether verification is needed, the live listing URL, and notes where needed
All account logins handed back to me at the end
A short summary of anything waiting on me (verification emails, approvals, missing information)
To apply, please tell me
How many manual directory submissions you have done, and whether you have worked with G2, Capterra or Amazon Author Central before
Your fixed price for all 70 directories, or a price per site
How long you need for all three sites.
One example of a tracker or report you have delivered for a previous client
