Creator Outreach & Acquisition – 18+ Male Creator Platform

We are launching a new premium 18+ platform for male creators and are looking for experienced Creator Outreach & Acquisition Specialists to help us identify, contact and onboard relevant creators.
The role
Your primary responsibility will be to identify suitable male adult content creators across platforms such as X (Twitter), Instagram and other relevant online communities, and conduct professional one-to-one outreach.
You will:
- Research and identify creators who fit our target profile
- Find and verify their relevant social media/contact channels
- Contact creators individually using approved outreach messaging
- Introduce the platform and explain its key benefits
- Follow up with interested creators
- Encourage qualified creators to register and create their creator profile
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, responses and onboarding status
- Provide regular progress reports
Who we are looking for
We are particularly interested in people with experience in creator acquisition, influencer outreach, affiliate recruitment, social media outreach or the adult creator industry.
You must be comfortable working professionally with an 18+ male creator platform and communicating with adult content creators.
Strong written English is essential. Additional languages are an advantage because we are building an international creator base.
This is intended to become an ongoing collaboration for successful candidates. We are initially looking for multiple outreach specialists and will evaluate performance based on the quality of creators identified, response rates and successful creator onboarding.
