I am based in the UK. I have a UAE business in the Madinah Free Zone with a sharehold of 30%. I'm looking to try and exit and don't believe I can get other shareholders' willingness to consent due to a relationship breakdown. I signed a hire agreement as a limited company that states I agree to the terms and conditions that are attached to the agreement, but they weren't attached. I only received the terms and conditions when I requested them. I am now looking to cancel this agreement. In the terms and conditions it states a time frame for cancelation and the financial penalties for doing so. In the agreement I signed it makes no mention of any cancelation policy other than the deposit being non-refundable as the terms and conditions weren't made available.
