Description
Experience Level: Intermediate
I need three transactional emails that follow the homepage booking block I am having designed separately. Same facts, same tone.
UK English. Plain and professional. No marketing funnels, no upsells.
Emails:
Enquiry received — confirm I have the request and will reply with a time or a question about the instrument.
Visit confirmed — date, time, address of the client visit or the Glasgow workshop, what to prepare (clear access to the piano, parking note if I add one).
After the visit — short thanks, basic aftercare (do not invent technical claims), how to book the next tuning.
Also give:
Subject lines for each
Preview text
A simple one-column layout in Mailchimp or a clean HTML file I can paste
Placeholders in [square brackets] for date, time, fee, instrument
Do not invent prices, travel areas or credentials. I will insert those.
Two revision rounds. Google Doc + layout file.
Please show 2 service-booking email examples for trades or specialist technicians.
