Legal representative postbox service - emails with 3rd parties

I am looking for a lawyer to provide limited representation service, simply to receive and send messages to certain third party individuals. No legal advice or legal action is actually required.

Preference for UK lawyer but the following locations considered: US, Europe (any), Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong, Caymans, Virgin Islands, Bermuda.

The service will be forwarding emails received from the third party to me; and sending emails (I will normally draft the replies) on my behalf. Potentially one a day on average so not needing much effort!

Preference would be for a small fixed fee per email or day or a monthly retainer but options can be discussed. Potentially long term assignment. Fees are subject to negotiation.

Ideal candidate has his/her own website or law practice but not critical.
Preference for 7 days/week service but Monday to Friday also fine.
