UAE Legal Advice Meydan Free Zone

I am based in the UK. I have a UAE business in the Madinah Free Zone with a sharehold of 30%. I'm looking to try and exit and don't believe I can get other shareholders' willingness to consent due to a relationship breakdown.

I would like some advice on the process that I would need to follow to remove myself from the business as a 30% current shareholder, potentially cancelling my shares within the business so that I can remove myself from any future liabilities and so on. If you are able to give me specific advice on this, that would be great. If you can also act on my behalf, should I go ahead with your advice, we could talk about this as a two-stage project.
