UK Trade Mark Attorney Required – Clearance Search & Filing

I am looking for a UK-based Chartered Trade Mark Attorney or UK solicitor with substantial trade mark experience to advise on a proposed new brand.

Before committing significant expenditure to the brand, I require a comprehensive UK trade mark clearance search and written legal opinion.

The work should include:

Assessment of the proposed brand's registrability as a UK word mark.
Freedom-to-use / infringement risk analysis, not simply an identical-mark search.
Searches for identical and confusingly similar UK trade marks.
Review of potentially relevant existing marks and businesses.
Advice on any material opposition or infringement risks.
Advice on the appropriate Nice classes and specification.
Consideration of a specific UKIPO decision and several potentially relevant existing marks, details of which will be provided privately to shortlisted applicants.

Subject to satisfactory clearance, I would also like assistance filing:

The proposed brand as a UK word mark.
A separate device/logo as a UK figurative/device mark.

The proposed brand name and logo will be shared privately with shortlisted applicants only.
