Description
Experience Level: Entry
I am completing the information required for a financial order as part of a divorce.
The financial information and agreements have already been prepared in writing, with key details reviewed by a solicitor and accountant. No legal or financial advice or decision-making is required.
I am looking for someone to take the information from the written document and accurately enter it into the Amicable online dashboard, using both my and my ex-partner’s accounts.
The task involves:
* Reading the written information setting out our financial position and agreements
* Entering the relevant information into the appropriate sections of the Amicable dashboard for both parties
* Ensuring the information entered accurately reflects the written document
* Flagging anything that is unclear rather than making assumptions
Both my ex-partner and I will review the completed information before anything is submitted.
I expect this to be relatively straightforward and take approximately 1–2 hours. I am happy to pay for two hours initially, but please let me know if you expect it to take longer.
Ideally, I am looking for a legal assistant/paralegal with good attention to detail, who is comfortable working with divorce/financial information and transferring information accurately between documents and online forms.
No drafting of the financial agreement or decisions about the settlement are required. This is primarily an accurate data-entry and document interpretation task.
2 hours, £50 per hour (should take 30-60 mins to understand the written agreement and pull out key info, and around 30 mins x 2 to input details into the two amicable accs).
