I've got a project I'm working on. I need funding for it. I'm looking for someone with experience in creating Kickstarter campaigns that succeed!
It's centred around a book store/book comminuty that I want to begin.
The area where it will be open is chosen; the official building is not yet secured.
I need a Kickstarter to help me cover the cost of books, fitting the shelves, etc, lounge area. While it's a retail business, it's going to have a lot of community building. Workshops for writing, local author signings, bookclubs, creative nights where anyone can join, knitting, writing, painting, etc.

Jo, since the area is already chosen but the building isn't secured yet, do you already have a target fundraising amount in mind, or would you like the campaign goal to be worked out from the actual startup/setup costs?
