Create a new, better version of our existing, Wordpress website

This is an interim "lift and shift" of our existing website, www.co-charger.com, which is a Wordpress site constructed and evolved over time by various companies and people. It is a bit of a mess under the covers. It does its job, but it's been constructed in a way that makes it very hard to work with. We will be replacing it at some point, but for now we need someone who can take the current content and re-create it in a way that makes it far easier to work with. For example, it's hard to even change font sizes, and the footer is pretty much locked as it is. There are too many plug-ins and components and different approaches to things, caused by differing preferences rather than business benefit. To avoid too much change at once we need to keep it in Wordpress, as we have forms and other integrations that we don't want to disturb or migrate. Although there are a handful of pages not visible via the menus, what we need is the existing content moved into a clean, sensible container, rather than a redesign. Some improvement in visuals (such as smaller default text), standardisations and sensible re-working of content is needed so that there is a consistent look and feel, with the ability to add and update pages without disappearing into a labyrinth of plug-ins and widgets. Additionally we would like much better SEO, and a comprehensive analytics set up, but these can be done as separate projects if preferred. Please let us know your approach in the response.

I’m looking for a technically reliable freelancer to review and complete the setup of my online business funnel. I previously hired a PA to build this, but the work is incomplete, and the structure is not functioning the way it should. The goal is not to redesign the funnel, but to audit, correct, and properly implement the structure and automations so everything works as intended.
